This is by far the worst security company that I have ever dealt with. It has not worked properly since I had it installed. Monthly payment were deducted since July 2020. I finally had the payments stopped September 2021. I have been getting calls about the payments since. I refused to continue donating to this sorry service.

I just got set up with a home security system today and am very happy with it. I chose NorthStar because they had the best equipment on the market and you can tell that Gary knows his stuff and geeks out about having the latest technology. That said it is all very intuitive and userfriendly and functions like an iPad. Would highly recommend for those looking for security in the Atlanta area.

I would highly recommend TJ and Northstar Security for all your home security and camera needs! They have always been very responsive and resolved any issues quickly. It's a level of personal service that I haven't gotten from any of the larger security companies, but without sacrificing knowledge and professionalism.

Everyone at NorthStar has been awesome for our commercial accounts at three separate locations. The level of service we have received from TJ and team has been second to none. Everything has been super smooth, from the proposal process to install and now live with monitoring. Highly recommend for commercial and residential (we use at home as well)!

June 2020: Gary @ Northstar quickly diagnosed an issue with our cell/wireless receiver and shipped out a new unit. Within 2 days we were back up and running. Plus, the part was so easy to install, Gary was able to walk me thru the install process without having to send out a technician. Thank you Gary. Northstar rocks!

TJ is one of the most knowledgeable professionals out there when it comes to ensuring that our property is covered well with cameras and what type of camera would be best used for a given situation. You can't just go out and buy cameras without understanding if the camera chosen will function to accomplish your goals -- day vs night, color vs black and white, panoroma vs standard, etc.
We have used TJ and his crew at Northstar for many associations and all the Boards are extremely pleased with the results. They are responsive in their customer service when needed as well.

I appreciated the service I received with North Star Security. They were professional and efficient and took time to listen to my concerns. Best In Town- We needed a security system for our new house and got quotes from a few vendors. Gary from Northstar seemed to be the most honest of all of the vendors and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need. On the day of the install, Northstar showed up exactly on time and were very courteous while doing the job.

Great Service from True Experts! I am a business owner who needed a state of the art alarm, camera, and access control system installed in my new location. I thought i would have to call multiple companies to handle this. NorthStar Security was able to handle all of it, and I was very impressed with the entire install. It was clean and professional.
