Our large backyard had to be completely gutted and redone. David's team gave us a design we fell in love with at first sight. David held our hand and walked us through every decision, helped us pick out colors and stones and plants.etc. We were confident moving forward with each step from demo to completion. The crew was trustworthy and I was never uncomfortable having them on the property (as a stay at home mom with three small girls.) It was a huge, long project.

We ended up with a massive patio cover with 88 dimmable lights, a built in bbq with a huge counter for preparing and serving food, a pizza oven, a beautiful built in fire pit with a lit arbor, artificial turf and an in-ground trampoline for the kids, colorful plants with garden lights, and a 100 ft retaining wall that is sturdy and beautiful. The design maximized space, function, and features.

Everyone who sees asks for our contractor's information. We literally have no complaints about the product or process. Our backyard is perfect thanks to AAA Landscape Specialists. Can't wait to do the front!

They kept us informed and involved each step of the way and helped transform our space into a place that our family can enjoy for years to come. Amazing! That is the first word that comes to me after the completion of my backyard by AAA Landscape Specialists. AAA built a beautiful patio for us. The workers were all professional and kept a clean environment. I am so happy with the workmanship. We did a complete remodel of back-yard and front-yard, including a built-in spa and fire-pit. The end results are beautiful. This team has a good sense of design and attention to detail. The work crews were respectful and kept the work-sites tidy. The project took longer than expected, but much of that was issues with city permitting process. The project stayed on budget. I don't normally write reviews, but AAA was so great I felt that I had to do something to show my appreciation. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and I'm going to recommend them to everyone that needs landscaping. They were extremely professional, patient, and helpful through our whole experience. Their customer service was extraordinary from David all the way through everyone that worked at our house.

They were all incredibly polite and helpful every step of the way. If you want an honest estimate and authentic work, this is the company for you. They stuck to the budget and schedule from the estimate even when we made some changes to the original plan while they were working. After making our initial landscaping plans with David I had to deploy and leave my wife to deal with all the landscaping at our new construction house, which I was worried about, but as it turned out I didn't need to be.

Every step of the way they explained everything they were doing and fixed every problem, big and little, that came up. They even worked directly with our home builder to correct problems with the drainage pipes the builder had put in and helped us fix an approval issue with our HOA. Every time I talked to my wife back at home she told me how great AAA was, how helpful everyone was that was working at our home, and how good the yard looked.

They made our yard look even better than I had hoped for and when they were done, they cleaned up everything and even painted our fence and touched up our stucco, leaving the house better than it was when they started. Even if another company gives you a lower estimate, pay the extra money because I guarantee you that it is worth it! David, if you read this, thank you so much and please thank the site supervisor too, he was unbelievable. I'm so glad we decided to use these honest, hardworking, professionals.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We bought a house and had major backyard renovation plans. We searched for 3 bids and AAA landscape was in the middle. I am a fairly tough customer when it comes to communication. David and his entire team were extremely responsive and very professional. I won't go into the entire project details, but it turned out awesome.

There is nothing that I would have changed about the entire experience! Our project was completed about a month ago, but I contacted David 2 days ago regarding a very very very minor issue (a sliver of paint missing on the gate) and he sent 2 guys (including the Foreman who is also amazing) out immediately to take care of it. The entire process was extremely professional and the quality of the work is stellar. If anyone wants more specifics, send me a message and I'll go into all of the details. I definitely recommend using AAA Landscape!

We used AAA for backyard construction on a new home and follow up maintenance a year later. The job was completed on budget. The crew that worked at my home was professional. The work completed was beautiful and as expected. The project however, went six weeks over due to misfiled paperwork. Also, changes to the original plan were not conveyed to the crew, but this was handled fairly by David to prevent cost over runs.

My neighbors did not choose AAA for their yards due to the amount of time it took to finish my yard (3 months including the 6 week hold up). The port-a-potty on our curb became a running joke. It was the simple maintenance project where David's weak project management skills became even more evident. I will not repeat the details here, but I encourage you to look at the consumer complaints section of AAA Landscape Specialists on the Better Business Bureau website.

As a note, David is who you contract with but he is rarely on the job site and you will not have day to day contact with him for the project. That person is the foreman, with whom I had no complaint. Bottom line - Your project will turn out well, but working with David can be difficult. Expect scheduling to be a moving target.

AAA Landscape was asked for design ideas for our front yard patio. They showed us options by an artist rendering. Next we began construction which included a fireplace. The construction went smoothly and the final product is absolutely beautiful. The company is professional, honest, and reliable.

Just a followup a minor chip on the edge of our colored concrete stepping stone became noticeable. I contacted David, and he came out and had it fixed right away. Can't even see the patch, about the size of my thumb- blends in to the rest of the colored concrete great. It's great to know that even after the job David cares about getting everything perfect.

We wanted a complete renovation to our front and back yard: We just bought a home that needed a major redo on the landscaping both front and back. David was professional and patient with us as we worked out the design and options. He then worked within our budget to provide us with the best value for the money. He uses professional tools which provide a 3-D representation of what the finished product will look like and a detailed materials, cost and time proposal to avoid any surprises.

His team worked straight through with out interruption and did an outstanding job. They were polite and responsive to our questions and the team leader, Victor, ensured that everything was done correctly. They re-did the irrigation, sod, electric, pavers, water fountain, and fireplace. They also removed a porch replacing it with one that matched our existing roof tiles.

They provided complete landscaping including shrubs, plants and family fruit trees for our newly terraced back yard. The final touch with lighting really made the property come to life! I would highly recommend David and his team. If there was anything that needed to be fixed, (like a fruit tree which didn't adopt well to the environment) David fixed it promptly without question.

He was on time and within budget.no surprises! We now really enjoy our yard for entertaining and cozy nights by the fireplace. Thanks you David and Team. A very happy customer, Larry

What We Wanted Done: We just bought a house and wanted to revamp the backyard. Also just bought a new hot tub which meant we needed to do the electrical and concrete slab - and the most important thing to us was was getting everything done right the first time. Mr Silver was prompt and very helpful during the walk thru. He listened to all of our requirements and then added several suggestions that would would make our backyard even better.

When we saw the computer modeling of our future backyard it gave us a clear picture of what worked for our yard space. Mr Silver was dedicated to making sure that we had complete creative control throughout the project. As we went through the itemized list, cut a few ideas, changed some others, we finalized a price point and week later, on the start date, the team showed up and got to work.

They were very quiet and discreet, which was great because our neighborhood is very noise conscious. Mr. Silver always made sure to walk us through the yard at each major project phase and explain the process and make sure we were happy with our choices. For example the plant arrangement that he suggested was very Mediterranean but we wanted to change a few plants here and there, as well as save some of our existing plants.

This was absolutely not a problem, Mr. Silver gave us plenty of options, and we got exactly what we wanted. Before this project our backyard had major drainage issues. The grass area was a very green and muddy swamp. Which really made it impossible to walk on or enjoy. We decided to tear it all out and add decomposed granite, hoping that this would solve that issue.

On top of that, Mr. Silver placed additional drainage, something we really had not considered, and it has REALLY made all the difference in our yard. At every step of the project, Mr Silver was available and helpful. This includes after our project was completed. He has told us to call him if ever there is an issue or a change that needs to be made in the coming months.

The work is exceptional and we won't have to change anything! We had a great experience with AAA Landscape Specialists. I can see why they are an award winning landscaping company. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I highly recommend AAA Landscape Specialists for any project. David, the owner, gave us a very detailed plan and worked with our budget. We had some significant drainage issues and he worked with us every step of the way. He even came back during a heavy rain to really identify the issues we were having. I felt this was really top notch and I trusted him to make sure our drainage issues would be a thing of the past.

The work was done in a timely manner. Although David isn't onsite all day every day, he came by everyday. Victor, was onsite more and headed up the crews. He is a highly knowledgeable guy that doesn't cut corners. I was amazed at all of the instructions that passed between the 2 of them and nothing was forgotten. I could not be happier. The entire crew was so helpful and would jump to help me if I was lifting something and struggling with it.

I just thought they were really top notch. Our project was fairly large and lasted over 4 weeks. In the end, we had a beautiful new patio and pool to enjoy. We still have future phases planned as we had to stay within budget and I will happily look to David and his crew to handle them. One year later. We are still enjoying our beautiful patio and have no issues of concern.

I was really impressed when I called 6-8 months after our project was completed to have some drains cut (we had intentionally not cut them at the time as we didn't have the proper grade set). David sent a guy over within a day or two and we were very pleased. If you're considering making an investment in your property, give them a call. They won't be the cheapest, but you also won't get upcharged to death for every little thing as David really bids his jobs carefully so you have a true idea of the cost and scope.

Others bid low and then once they are in, they show you everything else that becomes an addtional cost. Not to say if you add or change things, you won't be charged, but there are always little things that come up.

AAA Landscape Specialists did an amazing renovation on both our front and back yard. David Silver definitely has a vision when it comes to beautiful landscaping. His team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were on the job EVERY day and completed the work ahead of schedule even though my husband and I had several "add on's" along the way.

We now have beautiful, resort style lighting, as well as beautiful plants and a lush yard. David's team even repaired the cracks in our brick walkway. We've had numerous compliments from the neighbors on our yard and couldn't be happier with not only the end result but the entire process. Absolutely no problems. After researching 3 different landscape companies for a re-do of our front and backyards, we settled on AAA. We chose David (the owner) because his follow-up and thoroughness were leaps and bounds ahead of the other two landscapers from which we received bids. What started as a small project blossomed (literally) into something much more beautiful and grander. David's team was on the job every single day from day one.

They did not "job hop" which is what we're used to seeing-- and actually finished ahead of schedule-- even though my husband and I decided upon numerous "add-on's" throughout the project. Although David pretty much let his team take over, he was always just a phone call away and would drop by on a moment's notice if we needed something.

His team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and with David's vision, created a beautiful new yard for us. Our neighbors agree as we've had numerous compliments regarding the new landscaping. We couldn't be more happy with AAA Lanscape Specialists!

This was my first experience with having concrete work done and I am "over the moon" with the results of my new patio, walkway and front porch! David's team was on time each day, were courteous and hard working. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure that I was happy with the results. Great job, nice people and the price was more than fair.

Who knew it would be so hard to find a decent landscaper? First person we interviewed seemed fairly decent. He recommended we consult with a landscape designer and hooked us up with one. She was great. Came out to the house, talked with us at some lengths about the sort of thing we were looking for (we wanted low water, low maintenance and as native as possible) and came up with some beautiful plans, which she gave to the landscaper as well.

The landscaper never got back to us with an estimate after repeated contact. So that was down the toilet. Several months later we contacted three more landscapers and interviewed them and showed them our handy dandy landscape plan. Of all three, David was the most thorough, and the most knowledgeable. We discussed all sorts of options for our landscape design and agreed to a reasonably priced budget.

The very next week, David had his crew start on the yard. The crew was very professional, worked in a timely manner and the entire project was finished on time and on budget. There were a few issues: 1) After the initial workup, David was strictly hands off. All of the work was handled by a crew and foreman. And there wasn't a lot of interaction between them and us. 2) the lack of interaction led to some things in the plan not being implemented as we had expected 3) some of the plant choices weren't as good as could be and were probably marked up a lot in price - some plants survived the initial 3 months period but died after that.

I kind of expected that though as we have a difficult hill where nothing wants to grow. My husband was not happy with one of the trees planted. It was healthy but spindly when the idea was to have a tree that would help shade the house from the sun (eventually), and we found much nicer trees of the same species for a lot less at the nursery up the road when we went and looked for ourselves. David and his crew did a great job installing the new watering system and the hardscape.

The yard is no longer an eyesore. We are enjoying many of the beautiful flowering plants. Recently, we had them come back out to repair some of our drip system (under warranty) and they came out the very same day and fixed everything with no fuss or bother. This is definitely a professional company that gets the job done and I would recommend them for your landscaping needs.
