I would put zero stars, but google won't let me. I don't normally go out of my way to write online reviews but this experience was awful and I feel compelled to share. I sat in my running car with my two children in front of this parking lot for about 5 minutes while we waited for my husband to drop off our other vehicle at the mechanic across the street.
There was no available parking anywhere nearby, so I decided to wait there because I was out of the way and only going to be there for a moment. When I stopped, a man immediately stared me down, making me feel very uncomfortable before he entered the Shasta Landscaping building. Then a giant truck pulled into the driveway right next to me and drove by, to park in their lot.
I then saw him park and also enter their building. Then about a minute later, he proceeded to come out and come up to my window. I rolled it down, expecting him to ask me why I was there and I was ready to tell him, or simply move, but then he started in on me. He started yelling at me for "blocking their driveway", which I was NOT at all doing, and when I told him why I was there and asked him to chill out because I had my two kids in the car he then kept yelling and told me to "get the f*** off his property".
Who yells at a mom with kids in the car like that? Not to mention I was not disturbing him, or "his property" in anyway. My car was not even in Park and I was literally sitting there, out of the way, with my car running in Drive for 5 minutes. I worked in the hospitality industry with people for at least 15 years and I don't believe any person at work should EVER address a person that way, ESPECIALLY in front of two small children, 3 and 4 years old.
His behavior was absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. I was completely shaken and my kids were asking me about it all day, clearly bothered by it as well. I would NEVER do business with a company who has employees that behave that way, so I thought I would share. If you want to deal with respectful, nice people, you should take your business elsewhere. Thanks for reading
