Pryor Floor

I would like to sing my praises for a job well done. We had a floored kitchen floor that Pryor flooring refinished for us and we couldn't be happier. They gave us extremely great service and our floors never looked better. I highly recommend them to everyone. You wont be sorry!

Hugely disappointed. Inches of dust in every level of the house due to poor taping off, stain spilled and uneven throughout, baseboards needed completely repainted, noticeable cracks in between boards that were not there before the sanding, stain on doors and walls. Owner indicated this was a quality job which was so disappointing. Customer satisfaction is not at the top of the list for this company.

The pictures say it all. The quality was horrendous and the end result is a lot of paint and years with a poor quality job on our hardwood floors. Took 7 days to clean the sawdust from every room. The owner said this was a quality job.

A great bunch of professionals did an excellent job replacing a carpeted stairway with hardwood to match our floors. The job was on schedule and competitively priced. Highly recommended.

Incredible workmanship. Pryor Floors do a fabulous job and they're prompt and dependable. Our floor looks absolutely wonderful and the final finish is beautiful.

This is the place I will be going from now on. I had a contractor tell me they were the best and he was right. I got new windows for my house along with windowsills. The windowsills were red oak like my baseboards so I expected them to stain the same color - they didn't. I went down to Pryor Floor since that was where my baseboard contractor originally bought the stain. Casey spent almost an hour trying every trick he could think of to get my windowsills to stain the same color.

I am so impressed with how much time he spent. He even got several of his coworkers to give ideas. I haven't had that kind of customer service in years. He was successful and my windowsills match perfectly now. I will be going there from now on! Thanks for helping my house look beautiful!

Their latest new floor install at my house is the best I've ever seen. Simply outstanding! Over the course of the install, 7 different employees worked on various stages, from install to final finish. They simply could not have performed better or given me a more beautiful final product! I'll never use anybody else!

We have nothing but high praises for Pryor Floor. They refinished our existing hardwood floors, added new hardwood to other areas, and also replaced our carpeted stairs with hardwood. Their workers each had their own specialized skills and came in teams. Every single worker was friendly, respectful, professional, timely, hard working, and VERY skilled. Rusty is their expert at stairs, and he is very precise and detail oriented.

His finished product looks amazing! We think this company has been in business for something like 50 years, and it is no wonder why. They take pride in their work, and it shows. We actually went in to their showroom and looked at our choices before purchase. The whole staff is friendly, and very helpful and pleasant over the phone too. We would recommend them to anyone, and will choose them again if we have future needs.

We give them 5 stars, but would give them more if it was possible! Trust us, you can't go wrong with Pryor Floor. ADDENDUM: We continue to have wonderful experiences with Pryor Floor. We recently asked Casey to help us with some issues with our hardwood floors. These consisted of some deep scratches made by some movers, and, some spots which apparently resulted from our spilling something on the floor before the previous final coat of poly. Casey was very accommodating and bent-over-backwards with the company's schedule, and made us feel comfortable and valued as customers.

He sent Mike to address our concerns. This guy was UNBELIEVABLE! It quickly became obvious Mike was knowledgeable and proficient with many skills in floor finishing. Mike corrected our issues quickly, and he did an AMAZING job. And, after he left our floors looked like new, like nothing had ever happened to them! THANK YOU MIKE! We are awestruck by the work and products this company produces, and their customer service and work crews.

They treat their customers like royalty. We have lived in Colorado Springs for almost 40 years and have dealt with this company on multiple occasions. We have had contact with several friends and acquaintances who have had similar positive experiences with Pryor Floor. We can say, without hesitation, in the Colorado Springs area there simply is no other company that compares with Pryor Floor.

We had Pryor install hardwood where there had been carpet in our living room and hallway. They also sanded down a large area of existing hardwood in other rooms, then stained everything to match. We are very happy with the results, and the price was good too! Important: every single person from Pryor was professional and friendly, and they ALL thanked us for our business! How often does that happen these days? Highly recommend Pryor!

Very professional crew worked on our floors. Always on time over a three day period and left the work site clean. Floors look really great. Office staff and salesperson also great to work with. You can't go wrong with these folks. We got three bids and Pryor was the most competitive. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Pryor installed 3.5 oak throughout the main level of our home. The quality of workmanship is flawless right down to creating the perfect stain color. A very professional team. These wood floors have truly enhanced the beauty and value of our home!

Could not be happier with the results. They did an awesome job refinishing our hardwood to include installing new in our dining room. Great price and service. You cannot go wrong with them.

I need 0 stars. They knocked off parts of my kitchen and hid them in my laundry room! Pryor floors never mentioned any damages to me, apologized, or offered to pay for repairs. Then they moved my brand new dishwasher and left scratches all over. When they moved the dishwasher back they pinched the waterline and a professional had to move out, fix, and move the dishwasher back in. Pryor floors acknowledged all of these wrongs, but refused to do anything about it. I paid for the dishwasher repairs and the repairs to my kitchen, . and the full price for the work done to my floors.

We love our floors! Pryor's installers are totally professional, very experienced, and great to work with. They fit the work in with our changing schedule, At installation time we decided to remove extra tile and go all wood, so they sent additional support to make sure the new wood blended with the old. The finishing crews were just as good, and just as easy to work with. The floors transformed our house -- we couldn't be happier. Thanks, Pryor!

We had Pryor remove a dated wood railing and refinish as well as rebuild our entry wood floors. I could not be happier with the results, the project really opens up the house. After so many years of do it yourself, what a difference Pryor made. i would definitely recommend them to friends and I have. The only reason they did not get a 5 is the scheduling took loner then was planned and that does happen when companies have multiple jobs going at the same time.

Pryor came recommended from a friend who had used them. Their quoted price was great and the quality of the refinished hardwood is superb. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommended over the other flooring companies we tried who didn't keep schedules or return calls.

I decided to wait a month to write this review. We replaced our old self installed already finished manufactured wood flooring--and Pryor installed new, then sanded it, then stained and finished. I was really concerned as to what my 90 pound lab was going to do to the new wood floor as the other one was trashed with scratches. While Pryor floor informed me that they could not guarantee against scratches--I am totally fascinated with the difference.

My lab has been all over the new floors and they look as good as the day that Pryor finished them. No scratches. I had heard it is much better than wood flooring that is manufactured and already finished, and I really cannot believe the difference. Pryor floor gave me a great price. While I know they're busy, I didn't mind at all getting put on a schedule and waiting list. They came when they said they were going to be there and it went just like clockwork. I am one happy customer that will be recommending Pryor wood flooring to everyone.

This is the second time we've used Pryor Floor and both times they did a fabulous job. They're very professional and is meticulous when it comes to installation. Our project was finished a day early and the made sure to leave everything very clean.

We had Pryor Floor install new hardwood in three main level rooms to replace carpet. They feathered in the new wood to match and applied a new finish to the new and existing hardwood. They did an amazing job and it looks fantastic!

We had them to put solid wood floors into 2 of our bedrooms that originally had carpet. They did an amazing job with everything! Pryor Floor staff made things a lot easier for us in terms of getting the project done.

Pryor Floor did work at my home 5 months ago and it is great, I like it more each day, wish I had done it sooner. They added 500 sq ft of new hard wood, sanded the existing hardwood and they stained and sealed them to match, terrific job. The rooms look larger and warmer than the old carpet. The craftsmn that did the work were also terrific
