DJ did an outstanding job with my hot water tank replacement. He was prompt, professional, and kept me well-informed of the work to be accomplished and the status of the job. Olympic went out of their way to get me scheduled quickly, and even the receptionist was excellent (sorry I don't remember your name). I would definitely recommend Olympic and DJ for any plumbing needs.

Had Olympic Plumbing install a whole house well water filtration system. I will say not the cheapest but the quality you get is outstanding. Good thing they take photos as the service manager has a hawks eye and noticed from photos employees hooked it up wrong and was out within a day to correct it! Thank you Thomas. I will keep this active as to the quality of the water in the near future.

Josh was very personable, professional and competent. I really appreciated the time he took to do everything right especially when cutting an access hole in the wall. The wall was easy to repair afterward because of precision cuts and leaving me the piece of sheetrock in good condition to make the repair. Thanks for being so responsive and taking care of my plumbing problem! Great job!

I've interacted with this company 3 times. The first time, they came and said there was nothing they could do. Fine, at least they came quickly and didn't charge me. The second time, my employer used them. They came, cut a hole in the ceiling, claimed there was asbestos (there wasn't), and never actually finished any work, but did charge for doing nothing but causing damage. (we called another plumber after, who was able to figure out what was going on without damage, and to do it very quickly).

The last time was last Thursday, the first truly beautiful day of the year. My wife and I were walking around the block in shorts and t-shirts, nothing revealing or unusual, they were even in neutral colors. As we turned onto my neighbor's street, one of the plumbers from this company who was standing in their front yard stopped what he was doing--wearing the company polo, standing next to another plumber and the company truck--and stared at my wife like a complete creep until we got to the other end of the street.

If you're considering letting these people into your home and you have women in your house, maybe consider again. The first two incidences I could ignore, but this third I cannot. If this is considered acceptable behavior for their employees, I'll certainly never allow them in my home again. Update: I'm updating this review to include that the owner of the company did indeed reach out to me the same day I posted this, and even brought by flowers, which I thought was kind.

While I obviously can't know what happened internally aside from what they told me (that the individual was spoken to, and they had a company-wide conversation about it), I appreciate the effort that they made to make it right.

Josh gave me a final cost of the work I need done and did what he could to keep the cost down. He thoroughly explained what was going to be done for the upcoming appointment. The job has now been completed. Excellent work by Josh and his assistant Allen! Josh obviously cares a lot about the quality of his work. So when you combine being experienced, smart, and conscientious, you've got a winning combination! I am convinced this job has been done to perfection and I now have a new plumber that I trust, which is almost unheard of these days!

Our bathtub/shower faucet had a steady drip. Olympic Plumbing Technology was able to schedule a technician visit the next day. Travis arrived on time - and even a little early. He was very friendly and professional and completed the replacement of the entire faucet unit within 90 minutes. I would happily recommend him. The repair was not inexpensive but I have confidence in the quality of his work.

Contacted this company and within two weeks had an inspection, a plan, deposit paid, and service scheduled. As a small business owner, I appreciate working with local companies that are this easy. From the start of the inspection, to the closing and setting up of service, I have nothing but accolades to give. The price was the perfect sweet spot to get us to close the deal. These guys are amazing. So amazing, they get a second 5 star review. Garret, Thomas, John, and Josh are all major assets to this company. Highly skilled, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Unlike other local companies that don't seem to want to come out in a timely manner, Olympic Plumbing Technology is right on it. We had them out three times for various issues (old house that we just purchased) in a two week span and they were very accommodating and even called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled. Go with the pros.

Garret. and Sean arrived at my door both were wearing face masks, they wiped their feet thorough before entering my home (I have white carpet upstairs). I showed them to the bath with the leaky faucet, they Assessed the job and got right to work. They were finished in a short time, checking the toilet and faucets down stairs. Both Garret and Sean we're personable, polite and professional! They did an Excellent Job!

Garrett is awesome! He says he has been plumbing for 20 years and it shows! He came to install a gas line so I can FINALLY have a gas stove in my home! He is professional, personable, and patient! He was able to confidently answer all of our questions and provide his professional (honest) opinion. He and his assistant/teammate were in and out fairly quickly too! I will absolutely call Olympic Plumbing again in the future and request Garrett to help me with any plumbing needs.

Phenomenal service. We had a leak in our basement. Olympic Plumbing Technology scheduled us quickly, were regularly in touch with us, and were prompt in showing up. Our plumber who came was remarkably professional, friendly, followed covid protocols, and did a thorough job in diagnosing the issue. It even turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue but a roofing issue.

They could have charged us much more to open walls or do other diagnostics for no reason but they helped us get the information we needed. We'll definitely be coming back to them for a new water heater and other sink and plumbing needs.

Daniel showed up to repair what i thought was a clogged toilet in one bathroom, and a leaking toilet in a second bathroom (all occurring within hours of each other) in an OLDER home we recently purchased. Daniel listened intently to my explanation, asked a couple of clarifying questions, then said it sounded more like an issue with a clogged septic / sewer outside of the house, rather than issues inside the house -- which it ended up being. Daniel was professional, polite but business-like, and got right to work investigating each issue.

I was impressed with his depth of knowledge, and ability to explain the issues to me. Due to the age of the home, the issues weren't always a quick fix, but he provided no-nonsense solutions for me to choose, explained the pros/cons, provided estimates for the work each step along the way. Gage, one of his colleagues, showed up after a couple of hours to help, and got to work right away as well.

I am so appreciative of their effort. Daniel and Gage fixed the specific issues, proactively provided solutions to prevent some of the issues we experienced from occurring in the future, but also helped to improve the efficiency of future maintenance. I'm in customer service, and feel like it's become a lost art. I never thought I'd be writing a review for the guys that showed up to fix my toilet, but Daniel and Gage provided excellent customer service. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

I work for a contractor where part of my job is the care and maintenence of over a hundred rentals. In the past I've dealt with the plumbing issues myself. It's been a lot of stress and trips back and forth to the hardware store trying to get the right parts.

Saved from what would've been a disaster! Symptoms last night suggested a block in my main sewer line. I researched local plumbers in our community, trusted the reviews and sooo glad I did. I called first thing this am.

They helped us finish our remodel on our master bathroom. The fixtures were installed perfectly. The plumber that installed them was professional and obviously great at his job. The price was great.
