5 stars (I'd give more if I could)! I called them looking for someone who could get my water heater going again after it got flooded. They came by immediately, fixed everything quickly and didn't even charge for a service call. Nice folks, obviously knowledgeable and I'll definitely give them a call next time I need plumbing help. In the meanwhile I'm going to revel in having hot water again.

We had Empire install/repair a spigot when we moved into our home and more recently install a sump pump. These guys went well above and beyond what we were hoping for. We needed this pump tied into a french drain we were finishing and both carried a distance away from the home. These guys did some serious digging to get the water outlet to a much better location than we were expecting.
The finished work, both under and outside the house, looks amazing. The sump pump is in the perfect location and works like a charm. Empire Plumbing is now the go to for all our plumbing needs.

I hired them to redo the plumbing in my kitchen as I was remodeling it. They were on time, professional and very affordable. Did quality work for an honest price. 5 months later, i had a small leak and they were out the same day and fixed it, no charge because they stand behind their work! We had an incredible experience with Empire Plumbing. Christian & his crew were extremely professional. We were presented with a very reasonable estimate and Christian worked with us to complete the work in a timely manner. Empire Plumbing was very considerate while working on our house. They did not leave a mess despite the magnitude of the job. Christian was great at communicating throughout the entire process and expertly answered all of our questions. Three jobs.what's not to like about this company? Expedient, professional service, and Christian was willing to work around our busy schedule. The work is solid, no issues at all. Christian at Empire Plumbing is the best. I thought I could fix my broken tub handle myself but ended up causing a major headache (a water leak of epic proportions) requiring me to shut off the water until it was fixed. Seriously water was pouring through the floor and wall. That also meant no showers or toilets for the entire house. A HUGE NIGHTMARE!
I had no clue how to fix it or what I had done wrong. I called Empire Plumbing and Christian responded so quickly. He fixed the leak in no time and repaired my tub handle! After that fast response, i won't get thrown out the house by my better half now (well at least not for this issue). No more bad DIY plumbing for me, I will use Empire Plumbing for all my plumbing needs here on out. Thanks Christian!
