After calling a few places for refrigerator repair in Dallas I was able to get confirmed to have Joseph come out and diagnose the machine which had been acting up for a few days because water was leaking all over the floor and then ice was not being made on time. Figured out water valve was leaking out behind the casing.

Of course our dryer unit broke in the middle of the holidays when we needed it the most. Titan was able to squeeze us into their schedule to come out and diagnose the issue and do the needed repairs quickly. Ryan had all the right tools and parts on their van which was great. The scheduling team (Marie?) is also great to work with and responds very fast even after normal business hours. Highly recommend Titan!

After 5 years of use, my Maytag stove decided to quit on me, and the oven stopped working. I did some research on the Internet and found their website. I decided to call Titan Appliance Repair, the technician came the next day and took the stove apart, found the issues and assembled it back. The following day he came with the parts, installed them and everything worked flawlessly.

Our fridge was not working properly so we called Titan Appliance Repair. They were available when we needed them and were very pleasant to deal with. Very easy process. Our problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Even though another part was needed (that wasn't in the truck), they brought the part the next day and installed it quickly.

Our fridge/freezer suddenly started to get warm and defrost. It was a long weekend, and Titan Appliance Repair came immediately I called - the technician was very clear in his explanation of what the problem was, and fixed the problem within 2 hours of my calling. I live in maple San Fernando Valley. my kitchenaid fridge broke down, and i found Titan Appliance Repair online. i booked an appointment and 4 hours later a technician was at my door step. he was very quick with diagnosing the problem and he fixed it right on the spot. i even compared the repair price with other companies and they were cheaper.
