They arrived at the prearranged time, and replaced the outside and inside units. The install went fast and was done better than the original, clean, neat and very professional. They were very courteous and friendly and cleaned up completely before they left. I didn't have any questions, but he will make sure to answer any that you may have and that you are happy with the service.

Outstanding plus, this was a Saturday night, I had a house full of spend the night company and the lack of air conditioning would have made for an unpleasant experience, Called at 7:00 pm. Mr. Pope actually found the leak on 11/11 and ordered new coil. Did an excellent job installing new coil. Came back on May 2012 assure charge was correct and leak fixed at no cost.

I called Pope's Heating & Air Conditioning at 9:00 in the morning asking if someone could come and look at my A/C unit which had stopped working the night before. He said he had one job ahead of me and I would be his next stop. He called before coming to check and see if convenient. He showed up on time for a last minute call.
