The team from Royal Water Damage Restoration were there for us after a nasty storm flooded our basement. They came in quickly to help us get all the water out and with all the equipment you could imagine (blowers, dryers, heaters, dehumidifiers and pumps) to dry everything out quickly. They sanitized and dried everything to the bone so we don't have to worry about mold growing. Thank you so much to the Royal Water Damage Restoration Team!

We used Royal for water remediation. Pros: they came quickly and were very detailed in their inspection and documentation. Cons: they talked a big game about being the best and doing everything right/better than other companies, but it took them 3 days to set up the equipment and isolation chambers correctly, when they were supposed to set everything up on 1 day.

On the first day, they called off their crew mid-way. Then didn't come as scheduled due to an incident on their end and when the crew came they didn't have time to set everything up, but left very expensive equipment running without an isolation chamber. This was particularly amusing because all we heard was how their method is the best because the equipment runs in the isolation chamber, thus targeting the affected areas directly.

So effectively, they were blowing hot air in our house for an entire day without targeting anything and charging us for it. It was also very inconvenient for us to have to constantly modify our schedules because they couldn't deliver on their job. Lastly, the demo crew, while very nice, are not professional floor uninstallers and messed up our floor significantly. The damage caused by them required us to do more remodeling than we should have done. Overall, I would not use them again.

They were extremely accommodation and timely as well as very professional. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up the mess in our house with as little disruption to our lives as possible. They also helped me through how to navigate my insurance claim as it was all new to me. Royal went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

I hired Royal Water Damage Restoration following a water pipe leak in my bathroom. I hired them primarily because they paid close attention to the environmental issues before starting the demolition. They tested the air for mold, and sheetrock for presence of asbestos, etc. They completed the work promptly, continuously measured and communicated the status through out the project.

They worked diligently to get the right amount of money from the insurance company. Insurance company disagreed on the duration of the project without knowing the details. August was a very humid month and the joists were soaked. So it took longer to finish the project. They worked with me and the insurance company to get the best possible out come.

Royal Water did a good job at water restoration, but they don't offer dry wall service. This means that after they were done drying the walls, they left us with the walls open. This was really really difficult for me and my husband. It would have been hard at any time, but on top of it, it was right before Thanksgiving. We had to quickly source our own dry wallers, which is difficult to do. Unfortunately, the dry wallers we used damaged the walls and we have to redo the project.

So now weeks later, we still have open walls. Next time, I'll be sure to find a water restoration company that can close up the walls they open. For that reason, I wouldn't use this company again.

Royal was recommended to us by Zoom Drain. They didn't disappoint. Super responsive and friendly. We had a sewage issue the month prior (long ugly story) and used Serve Pro who were nasty, unprofessional and did a poor job. This time despite our insurance carrier saying Serve Pro is "the best" (I've since found out they have a deal with most ins co- which is a major red flag) I went with Royal and the difference in service was astounding. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I called Royal Water after-hours (11pm on a Monday) and by Tuesday morning a crew was at our home evaluating the water damage, coming up with a game plan, and helping me submit the insurance claim. This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim, ever, and also the first time dealing with fixing water damage in our home. Peter, the lead person on our case, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, efficient -- the entire crew was all of these things.

I was really impressed by the professionalism, teamwork, and good-natured attitude of the whole crew. I would recommend them very highly. We are very happy with the work they did - got our whole place dried out in just a few days. The whole team was wonderful, from the people who helped us via phone, those in the business office, and the on-site crew. Top notch!

One of my Patients recommended Royal Water Damage Restoration for my highly stained Oriental rugs at our Medspa. I called to make an appointment on Monday morning, the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I was told they would be there the following Wednesday between 8:00 and 8:30.

We had extensive water damage to our basement. The provider sent someone to look at the damage within 2 hours of the call. Ed, the individual who came to the house, gave us expert advice, and was not pushy at all in giving us our options. We felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. He and two assistants then came in the following day, cleaned up the damage and hauled it away.

Once the appraiser completed and provided an estimate for complete scope of work and we agreed to scope of work he had a full crew at our job site in less than an hour (about 40 minutes). The crew was extremely courteous and professional in every possible way. The speed at which they completed their services was astounding. We could not be any more pleased with their work.

Personable and efficient. Your staff used their best asylum voices and explained everything carefully and actually made me lauigh, which is sort of invaulable when you are wathcing your valuables floating downstream. I'm deaf from 3 days with the fans, but otherwise I'm a big fan. Thank you!
