My name is Bill Palladino and I am the owner along with my partner Robert Lauria of Palladino's Professional Cleaning Services, a family owned cleaning Phoenix / Chandler cleaning business. Together Robert and I have 40 years of experience, starting Palladino's in the Phoenix Metropolitan area in 1999.

When it comes to maintaining your carpet, one of the most critical areas of focus is the traffic areas. If ground in soil is not removed on a regular basis, these traffic areas will begin to wear excessively. The dirt is extremely abrasive against the fibers of the carpet as you walk back and forth on it. The second area of focus, of course, is spot removal.

Pending them coming back out to review their work. Came recommended from our realtor. Charged us $430 which should have included all windows and walls cleaned as well as a full construction deep clean. Walls were not clean, floors were not clean Both baseboards and walls all have to be recleaned in order to paint costing me hours of work. I do not recommend. I thought I could trust them based on the recommendation but I'd not suggest trusting them. Felt like a half attempt for what we paid.

I had the same experience as the one gal who gave the one star rating. The tile floor and carpets were well done. When I saw the windows I had to ask the gentleman to please take off the screens and clean the outside of the windows! Can you imagine that?! Wow, what's wrong with that picture! Lol! But that did get done. However the actual house cleaning was horrendous.
There were shelves, doors, wall fixtures, baseboards and 1/2 a master bathroom that were not cleaned at all. How gross! I will definitely be cleaning everything myself before we move in. I think this company should stick to cleaning tile floors and carpet. I will absolutely never use them again. And I will definitely advise others including my friends to go elsewhere. I sure wish I had.

We (Larry and Diane Slemons) contracted with Bill at Palladinos (based on a recommendation) to do a "deep cleaning" on September 13, 2018. Bill listed many items his crew would do excellently prior to our moving into a home we purchased in Sun City West. Because we had cabinet painters who did not finish as expected on September 12, the two-person cleaning crew could not clean the kitchen cabinets or bathroom cabinets; however, there was MUCH more listed by Bill that could have been done.
The crew had to return the next morning, September 14, to finish. Unfortunately I did not follow them around to see if they were doing what Bill had promised, but after they were finished and gone, I spent the next three days cleaning what was on Bill's list of excellence (evidence of which I never saw). Robert (an associate of Bill's) did the tile cleaning and presented us with a bill for $685.
After I took issue with their $50 charge for returning the second day, we paid $635. Even after the tile cleaning by Robert, I had to wipe up some water I spilled on the tile, and the white paper towel I used came up very dirty. I have some pictures as proof. On Sunday, September 16, I left a voice message for Bill telling of my complete dissatisfaction.
He NEVER contacted me or returned the call. The job was totally below my expectations and/or alleged promises. I have no experience with hiring house cleaners, so maybe I am just naive and should not have taken Bill at his word. Bill was NEVER at the house; just the two-person cleaning crew and Robert. I showed Robert some of the less-than-clean kitchen cabinet drawers.
I hadn't decided immediately that I would post a negative review, but ultimately decided it would be unfair to the next person who might fall for the sales pitch. I would not recommend Palladinos and would not want them back in my home to remedy any issues. I already have spent my own time cleaning the house myself.
