Truly amazing work! We needed my grandparents place cleaned last minute due to a family emergency and they scheduled a deep clean for us the next day. The place looks brand new! Stay away from Alert Cleaning services if you looking for professional experience and value for your money. We had very unpleasant experience with Alert Cleaning services, we paid $1215 for 4 bed 2.5 bath 2758sqft house, interior/exterior window cleaning, move out cleaning service, expected power / pressure washing patio/porch for $99, oven, fridge, garages. Olga took the sale call.

They have serious miss-communications through the chain. Had to spend several calls with them to explain that billing is incorrect, I had paid booking fee which is not correctly captured in the bill, the constant answer from Olga that his supervisor says they received different amount ( I am not sure he even checked back with them), I even sent my bank statement showing zelle transfers.

When I ask to add Supervisor to the email thread to clear the miss- communication they refuse to do so, clearly unprofessional. They dont double check their billing issues, and miss-communication and customer has to prove with the receipts, If its not over small amount I felt like filing consumer online fraud complaint, Cleaning service were sub-par, we had to inspect them several times to show the incomplete work they are doing, and had to spend several hours with them, its very unprofessional to not do the job they signed up for.

The cleaning ladies are not sure all the services we requested for, and spent nearly 10hrs to do the job. We expected to get power washing for the porch/patio for a 100sqft area when we pay $99, but all they did was mop the patio, and just dust the porch ( didnt mop porch).

Alert Cleaning services showed up when they said they would. The crew was so polite, organized and unbelievably thorough. They did everything perfectly. I'm so impressed I will definitely use their services again. Olga is the best! Service: Deep clean

Very impressed with my experience with alert cleaning today. They sent a 3 person team to my home for a deep clean. It went quicker than I thought since there were 3 people working for 4 hours straight. They cleaned all the baseboards, cupboards, blinds, and ceiling fans and everything in between. Even cleaned the oven, which was worth every. penny as it is a job I absolutely hate doing myself. I am currently 9 months pregnant and feel so relieved that I will be able to bring baby home to a nice clean home! I will definitely be using their services again!

I would not recommend this company. The team left debris on my driveway from their carpet cleaners and they decided to use our bathroom and leave feces smeared in my toilet. We discovered it as we were doing. final walkthrough with landlord and it was so embarrassing. Also disclaimer that a move out clean DOES NOT include wiping down or spot cleaning walls.

For $469.00 move out clean ( not including carpets) I expected more from this company. Also the team that arrived didn't speak any English, we had to rely on google translation. I believe if someone spoke English things would have had more clarification and expectations would have been met. Just please beware of this if you decide to use this company.

A good friend of mine has been with this company for 15yrs and her house always looked AMAZING! I always wanted to have somebody to help clean the house when I was working full-time and also taking care of the family but I never got anyone and I just did it myself. In 2020 I become disabled and now I can't stand for very long to do anything. I am so grateful that my family has tried to keep up with how clean I used to do it, but it's not the same.

I finally asked my friend who they used and figured I would at least give it a try. When I reached out to the company, it was an immediate response and they were able to get me in very quickly for the deep clean. We now are on a schedule because the house looks amazing when they came. My family is excited that they don't have to do as much LOL and I am very excited because it looks like the "mommy clean" that I used to do.

We hired Alert Cleaning Services to do a move out clean and carpet cleaning in an apartment that we rented for a little over a year. I had heard good things about them on Facebook so I thought I would give it a try. I handled everything through Facebook messenger and Olga was very prompt when messaging me and did everything requested. The cleaning crew was very professional and did a great job on the apartment, our complex couldn't find any reason to charge us upon move out! After the carpets were cleaned they looked brand new.
