Simply Green

Simply Green completely destroyed my lawn and there workers should take a course in working with landscaping. The workers came to my home on several occasions after a storm and used heavy equipment which tore up my grass and cost me several hundreds of dollars out of pocket to repair. I called several times to let the office manager know the issues. However, the workers didn't care and kept doing it. Also, they billed me multiple times when they didn't even come service my lawn.

There were also weeks where they didn't even show up to cut my lawn. When I called, they apologized but still kept missing weeks and I would have to chase them down. I would highly recommend NOT using this landscaping company to service your lawn. They are not skilled and highly unreliable!

Critical: Professionalism They mowed my lawn instead of my neighbors. They ruined the new sod I had just put down with their ridding lawn mower. They refuse to answer any phone calls or return any messages. They also cut my bushes and left and the cut pieces on the ground for me to pick up. I have it all on camera.

Josh & Zach helped us decide the best design for our space and budget. Raul and his crew came and confirmed the boundaries and then went straight to work, they had a very efficient system to prepare the area and lay the layers of material. Once prepared they laid the stone with a consistent pattern and then cemented the perimeter to lock in to place.

They even saved sod to lay over the edges to complete the installation. Lastly, they cleaned the worksite and my driveway. The final product is beautiful and fits our space perfectly! We are so pleased with the professional installation and will recommend Simply Green to our friends and family.

A crew from Simply Green showed up at my home by mistake. When I realized what was going on, I called their office to let them know what was going on. I offered to pay for their service since they had already started, the person on the phone said not to worry about it and that they would finish the work and head next door. Well they got about half way done and just left.

They left trash everywhere and the lawn a mess. I called the office again to let them know that they didn't finish, and again offered to pay. They insisted that they would come right back and complete the work. Well its been over a week, multiple promises and still nothing. I called again on Friday 7/16 and was told the manager would call me first thing Monday morning, well there was no call.

I tried to reach out one last time but it seems like they blocked my number. I would not recommend a company that won't fix their own mistake or follow through on the work they assured me would be complete.

My neighbor and I signed up with them and everything was fine at first. Then I never knew when they were coming and if they did come, the job was unsatisfactory. Rushed, areas missed, edging not done. I've tried to call the office numerous times but no one answers. Avoid this company at all costs. Then again, if you call for a quote no one would answer anyways.

We hired Simply Green Landscaping year had nothing but issues with their company, they were supposed to weed flowerbeds didn't, damaged sprinkler system that we had to pay to have repair not showing up, over billing. We also contract them to build us a fire pit and install sod around the new fire pit and found that they used Infected sod it had dollar weeds.

To sum it up we had to hire another company that they recommended to come out and spray for the dollar weed that we had to pay. Still have dollar weed today. I would avoid this company at all means!

"Simply horrible". I hate leaving negative reviews, but this company went above and beyond unprofessionalism. I had a pretty bad experience with them. Initially, they said they will charge me $115 for initial cleaning then $55 every visit and I agreed. They said they will come next Tuesday but showed up Wednesday without a notice. The workers damaged the plastic rims between the flower bed and yard likely with the car mower. Killed flowers and left them torn in the flower bed.

Lots of ashes and killed weed left in flower bed. I contacted them, sent pictures and they apologized and promised that this is not their standard and they will come next week on Tuesday to fix things and again no showed. I called and sent an email, and Chelsea told me I talked to the manager and we will deduct $15 from the money for the plastic damages (seriously?

Do you think I am asking for a useless discount?). They said they will send someone on Friday to take care of the yard and again no show, no excuse. No response to my follow-up email. Guys how come you are so disrespectful to your customers! I called them again the following week, and Chelsea said "I do understand your frustration, I apologize, I know we should take care of all the repairs, however I am waiting for an answer from my manager who didn't decide how to proceed yet, and said they will address that later.

She is waiting for a response from her GM and that's why she did not reply to me". Almost 2weeks now from their visit and not even a phone call from the manager! I truly do believe all the negative reviews out there and regret dealing with this company. These guys damaged the plastic, damaged the flower bed, did not clean the driveway nor the flowerbed, left black marks from their car mower in the driveway, then they sent me an invoice for $170 without even coming for the second visit.

I would highly recommend against hiring this company. Look for other people that would respect you and your property. This is my honest review and my intention is to warn others from what I have experienced with this company. Screenshots attached.

Everything about this business was hard to work with. I wanted my beds edged with steel, many new plants installed and old bushes removed. It was hard getting them to come evaluate. The person who came never followed through with the estimate. After trying to contact them multiple times, I was told she no longer worked there. The new person started over and it took forever for the plants to come in.

When they bloomed they were not the plants I had ordered and paid for. The matching camellias weren't matching at all. The row of white azaleas had a pink one thrown in. The bushes soon looked bleached from lacebugs, and I was told that it was my job to fix them. They did not return my emails until my grown son called them. They agreed to replace the two incorrect bushes "when they came." That was back in early March. No word from them and it's June. I got very little for my $3500!

We recently hired Simply Green for a complete yard renovation. We had a yard full of weeds and drainage issues after heavy downpours. Simply Green removed our existing lawn, properly graded our backyard and installed some gorgeous zoysia sod. Zach, Phillip and their crew are hardworking folks who did the job right. Our yard has been transformed into a thing of beauty. We are so impressed and highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Simply Green. They have done both lawn maintenance and landscaping for me and I've been extremely pleased with their work. These guys are awesome. They have fantastic yard designs, and work hard to please the property owner. They stepped up to do the job, exceeded my ideas, expectations, and gave me options all along the way. They maintain excellent communications, planning, deadlines, agenda items, and deliver professional excellence. Can't find enough good things to say about their business acumen. If you need any lawn care, landscaping or trimming, Simply Green Landscaping does it all. They do excellent work, have always been on time and if there is any bad weather, they will email you about delays.
