Great company! Had springs replaced and later a new motor put in for the garage door. Wonderful communication, great service! The technician came prepared as promised and gave us a whole run down after service was complete. Our garage door is even quieter now!

I called them 6 time more from last weekend, left message, and Contacted them via website. No Responses from them. My friend recommended this company, and they have very good review. I like to use their service, but it seems that they are not working at least in this week. Not like what they said on website: "Quick response time 24/7", "Always Open", "24/7 emergency service".

They do good and honest work. They gave us a quote to repace the garage door opener, spring and adjust the tracks. Grant gave me tips on how i can maintain our old garage door and track to help with its lifespan. They told us our old wooden door and steel track were actually better than the newer model when they could've probably fooled me into replacing everything for more money.

They have lots of integrity unlike some of the other garage guys whom just constantly try to upsale me without bothering to inspect the garage door. I would strongly recommend these guys!

Very pleased with the service and responsiveness from IGD! Our garage door spring had been replaced by a shoddy contractor (Elite - definitely not recommended). But the door wasn't working well. Sheffie (sp?) arrived on a Sunday and walked me through each repair needed and why. He answered all my questions and gave me a range of options for repair and replacement.

He worked efficiently and with a purpose; I could tell he was thinking ahead. At one point Isaac, the owner, was called to bring a drill for the concrete footing because there wasn't another good option to locate a track bracket. Isaac also explained what he was doing and why it was the best option. We got a new belt drive motor, which is super quiet, and the tracks are now well supported and the door moves smoothly. Great job!

Had an issue where my garage door got about 10 inches away from the ground and the engine would start to struggle getting the door closed all the way. Called into IGD and they had a technician out the next day. He was great in explaining that it looked like one of the rails on the door was too close to the wall. He then cut a piece of wood on site, attached it to the area where the rail is installed and got the rail in the right position.

The garage door now moves like there was never an issue to begin with, and we're very happy. He also greased up this door and our other door as a courtesy. He also pointed out that one of the springs on the garage door looks slightly warped, but told me that the springs still have 3-5 years of life to them, so there's no need to change them out. I feel like other repair companies would have tried to upsell me on some new springs, so I am really happy to see that he was genuine and not scummy. Would absolutely use IGD again for our garage door needs. I'll be recommending them to my neighbors as well.

I called two or three companies, and I used United Home Services because they called me back in about 15 minutes. They were able to come out and repair it that day and gave me some advice about maintaining my garage doors. Friendly and helpful service.

I have found the greatest garage door company here in the state of Washington. IGD has taken care of all my garage door needs in a jiffy, they came today July 4th at no extra charge to ensure the old garage door they are replacing for me (at a great price) was working right for the next several weeks till I can get my new door put installed. Family owned business, wants to take care of their customers the right way. Isaac and his team are great.
