My neighborhood made the switch to Lawngevity this past year, moving away from one of the bigger landscaping companies in KC. Without a doubt, signing with Lawngevity has been the best HOA board discissions we've made to date. From the start, Tyler and Corey were very focused on what our neighborhood was looking for, and how they could help improve the grounds where prior maintenance providers fell short.

Their level of service, communication, integrity, and fair pricing is second to none. I honestly feel that the management team at Lawngevity has actually saved our HOA money in the past year, as they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our neighborhood was taken care of when the City's subcontractors damaged and destroyed much of our irrigation system. Used for several years to maintain entrances to subdivision. Grass is professionally cut and flowers/shrubs are nicely trimmed and maintained. If there are any issues, owner is easy to get a hold of and responsive to our needs.
