As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process.

You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project. My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations.

Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

We are completely and happily satisfied with our new kitchen several months after completion. It is attractive, functional and a source of pride in our home. Drawing on our input and Kyle's design expertise, we were able to maximize our cabinet and counter space without changing the footprint of the kitchen. He and his highly-skilled crew are a pleasure to work with from the first meeting through job completion.

One of Kyle's greatest strengths among many is his communication skills, which make all the difference in planning and assuring a smooth and on-time work schedule. He kept us apprised of every detail not by text or email, but by calling and discussing the question at hand. This truly impressed us in this day and age. Kyle dropped by several times during the work in progress.

He made us feel like ours was the only project, when in fact several were in process at the same time. This is the best form of customer service. Kyle came so highly recommended to us that we waited until we could fit into his schedule instead of settling for a lesser quality company.

I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in.

During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. From California, sight unseen, we called and hired Kyle prior to even meeting him. Our phone consultation was super professional and we could tell that he was as knowledgeable and experienced as they come.

He put us on the books for an opening in March. Within weeks of us hiring him, his team won a national acclamation for one of their kitchen designs. Talk about stellar timing. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July.

We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+.

Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! Shout out to Team Capital Mark!

We can't praise Kyle & his team at Capital Mark Interiors enough. While living out of state, we purchased a home and were nervous about finding a contractor who would have the integrity we needed since we wouldn't be there to know what was happening on a daily basis. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor. We had Kyle remodel the entire house, taking it down to the studs.

It turned out better than we could have imagined and we had peace of mind knowing we were getting quality work at the price quoted. We had add-ons as extensive as turning a screened in patio into a fully enclosed room. We were "over the moon" with the work and attitude of Kyle & his team dealing with our changes and additions. Kyle was extremely helpful with design suggestions, and we love all of them.

We were lucky to have connected with Kyle at Capital Mark 2.5 years ago when we moved to Arizona. We needed a total remolding of a home we purchased. New to the area we did not have any local contacts. Boy we hit the jackpot with Kyle. He helped us with the design options on everything for our new kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, flooring, painting etc! He and his team were dependable, on time, on budget, and clean.

Everything you would not expect from a contractor! It has been almost 3 years since project has been compete and still very happy with everything. 5 stars are not enough for Kyle & Capital Mark!

If we could give 6 stars, we would! Kyle Zimmerman and his employees and speciality subcontractors did an excellent job with our month long remodel of our kitchen, family room, and flooring (installed in most areas of the house). Kyle's attention to detail, advance planning, quality work, and schedule is simply a rarity these days. We were kept in the communication loop throughout the advance planning process as well as once the work began.

His crews were hard working, communicative, and proactively requested input from us as work items/options surfaced during the remodel. The result? An absolutely beautiful remodel that was performed on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality! This is our third major remodel and we firmly believe Kyle and his team are the best we have ever experienced. We would definitely hire Capital Mark Interiors again for any future remodeling needs!

Kyle and his team are fantastic (especially Eric and Rob)! Kyle has a schedule and he keeps it! Capital Mark did a major remodel of our master bed/bath and we are very happy with the results. The workmanship was top notch and the process was rather smooth and timely. We have done quite a bit of remodeling on different properties over the years, and Kyle and his team are the best. We highly recommend them!

Capital Mark Interiors remodeled our Jack and Jill bathroom. They did an amazing job! We contracted with them in December for an early April start date. They showed up on the scheduled date and completed the whole project in two weeks. The owner, Kyle, was thorough and honest. Everything he promised was delivered and we couldn't be happier. Eric and Robert diligently cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving. They were communicative and accommodating. I will be calling them again for our next project.

Capital Mark Interiors just finished up a remodel in my master bathroom and bedroom a couple of weeks ago. They did an amazing job! Capital Mark has an amazing crew that produces quality work and shows up when they promise they will. Kyle's system of running projects is not only efficient, but kept our project on budget and delivered as promised. Their quality of work and attention to detail are impeccable and I would 100% recommended them to anyone looking to remodel. Our house feels like a totally new place and there are days I still walk around feeling like this isn't my house, it's too nice!

I hired Kyle and team to perform a complete makeover of my kitchen including cabinets, appliances, tile floors, and some electrical and plumbing. He was extremely professional to work with, had some great design ideas, was very hands on during the entire build, and was just incredible. I received quotes from 2 other companies who balked at everything I wanted to do, nickel and dimed me for every minor add, and generally made everything difficult.

Working with Kyle was the exact opposite - "I want to add an out let here" - No problem. "I want to change the sink from this to that" - Done. There were some hiccups on the floor tiling where he had to get some extra tile from Florida or South Carolina, but he made it happen and got the job done to my satisfaction. Everyone on his team is super professional, and the entire job was completed in 3 1/2 weeks.

Both of the other quotes I received were for 8 weeks for the same work. Kyle even finished the job while my family and I were on vacation in Europe! Talk about customer service. I would recommend Capital Mark and Kyle to anyone who wants a competitively priced remodel, extremely professional team, who completes the job on-time.

Capital Mark Interiors, Kyle (it's owner), and all the men who worked on my whole-house remodel-have been excellent and come highly recommended! The quality and accuracy of products chosen were just as advertised and the installation was done with professionalism and care. Most impressively was how this project went to schedule. The schedule given weeks before, was followed to the day on each step of the process! My husband and I are so pleased with Capital Mark! We contacted this business based on the positive reviews. We liked the idea that all aspects of the remodel would be handled by Kyle and his team. We weren't disappointed. Kyle listened to our dreams for a kitchen, guest bath, master bath and flooring update. He offered quality products within our budget.

He was very helpful as we began the process of selecting cabinetry, countertops and flooring. We took the lead in wait time to select appliances and plumbing fixtures so everything would be onsite by the projected start date. His attention to detailed preplanning allowed his professional team to complete the work within the projected 3 week time frame.

We were pleased with the quality of work each contracted trade performed. Kyle was frequently on site to inspect completed work and updated us often on the project. Capital Mark installed granite in my San Tan Valley kitchen. Kyle worked with me on the price and quality and taught me things I needed to know when ordering, installing and maintaining granite. He's a great guy and appears socially conscious.

After having a couple granite companies measure our kitchen, my husband and I decided to stop in at Capital Mark Granite. We were not disappointed, we met Kyle and he was the first to educate us on the different types of counter top materials and their prices.

I came in from out of town to prepare my old home for sale. My time was very limited so schedule was critical. Kyle worked with me over phone and email ahead of time to arrange everything. When I arrived, he kept all promised appointments and hit the promised installation schedule.

If you are looking for a trustworthy company then Capital Mark is the place to go. I was looking to put in granite countertops and was so impressed with them redoing my parents bathrooms that I just knew who I needed to use! Their prices are very comparable to other places, but the trust and level of experience is something you will not find going anywhere else!

After soliciting a hand full of bids, we contracted with Kyle at Capital Mark to replace all the cabinets and countertops in our kitchen, wet bar and baths. Throughout the entire process Kyle was on top of every detail.
