Russell Homes built our home and we moved in March 2002. My slab inside and out as well as my drive have various size cracks. Although I love my home there were problems during construction and some that continue to plague us. I take full responsibility for choosing Russell Homes for building our home. They did a great job making our home energy efficient and at the time of construction that was our primary concern.
I recent contacted them to inquire about my custom cabinets as they subcontracted the cabinet maker, but aside from our initial conversation I have had no further contact with them.

I met Philip years ago at the Aurora Awards, remembers award-winning architect Don Evans, long-time HBA of Metro Orlando Member and president of the Evans Group. I have learned so much from Philip, says Evans, who always offers each client a copy of Russell's construction design book and videotapes.

Russell Home Builders built our waterfront home in Gulf Breeze Florida. Due to their history of building similar level homes, we had a comfort level that the yearlong project would go smoothly. The house plan was quite detailed and complex. The house was ready on time, and it was awesome! The trim level is superb; the energy usage is very low, and the quality is excellent.
