Mike Ingrilli Plumbing

Tried for 10 days to get an estimate and never heard back. I received 1 call from Mike getting specifics of the job. I sent pics and nothing. Multiple emails/texts were also sent and still nothing. I guess replacing all plumbing fixtures in 2 baths, including toilets, as well as kitchen fixtures and insinkerator was either too much for him or not worth his time. UPDATE: I did end up receiving an incorrect estimate after posting this review.

When I emailed back requesting a correction and clarification, I received a response advising due to my review, they declined my job. Seems to me they didn't want my business in the first place, but that is just my personal opinion.

Last year a friend recommended Mike Ingrilli for an annoying problem we were having with an older upstairs toilet. His plumber did a great job for a good price and we were very pleased. Recently we had them over for an ongoing leak in the basement. It was a problem that was spotted and easily corrected within minutes; and although I was expecting at least a hefty service call bill, the invoice came in stating no cost for the help and the statement "We appreciate your service." You can't beat that.

Mike came over to look at a job, so I could get an estimate. I never received a call back from Mike or his assistants following our meeting. I reached out more than 5 times to get a call back in a span of several months. Every time his assistants said he would call me back that day and it never happened. Finally I called one last time. Was told he would finally get me a quote.

Quote finally came in way overpriced just to get me to stop calling. I get that plumbers are busy and do not want to take smaller jobs on, but have the decency to say that instead of not answering and over quoting.

They never contacted me. If they called they didn't leave message plus no email response

I had plumbers from Mike Ingrilli visit my home on 2 occasions in the past year. The first was to discover the source of blockage in my basement toilet/shower (rocks deposited in the pipe from a waterproofing project). The second was to remove the rocks. Both times the plumbers were on time, professional, and performed their work with precision and efficiency. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished. I will for sure hire them again for any plumbing issues at my home.

This was the most pleasant experience that I ever would have expected! Pleasant, knowledgeable, personable and friendly made for an exceptionally pleasant experience! The job was completed in a very timely manner and left in excellent condition! I strongly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I certainly will call this company for any plumbing needs! Mike Ingrilli Plumbing did a fabulous job retrofitting and installing 6 body jets, a shower wand, and a rain shower head in the master bathroom of our 115 year old Craftsman home. Eight years later, they also installed all of the plumbing in our guest bathroom (all rough plumbing, shower pan, drain, sink, toilet, and corresponding fixtures). Everything has worked perfectly well in the master bathroom during the decade that elapsed since the plumbing was installed.

The vast majority of the guest bathroom plumbing, finished 12/18, also was done well. I had questions about the toilet tank that was installed too close to the wall, but this concern was brushed off by the office staff when I initially voiced a concern. I also later became concerned about the installation of the extension for the shower head. There appeared to be a potential tiny leak near the escutcheon, but after a 10 minute pressure test, was determined to be buildup from a shower cleaning product, and not a leak whatsoever. So, with the exception of one toilet tank that sits on the wall in the guest bathroom, everything was done very well.

My only serious complaint was the seriously irritated and unprofessional attitude of Mike Ingrilli. He was quite upset that I called him personally two years after the work was done to voice my concern about these issues. His plumber, Rob, came out to address my concerns recently (1/21). No one from Mike Ingrilli Plumbing made any mention of there being a $300 charge, or any charge whatsoever, to do so. Rob was at my house for a little more than one hour, mainly giving me an explanation about why the toilet tank had to be installed where it was, and did a quick pressure test to ensure there were no leaks in the shower.

We've paid Mike Ingrilli Plumbing well over $7,000 for the guest bath plumbing in 2018, and more than $5,000 for the master bath plumbing in 2010. Therefore, I was absolutely shocked that two days later Mike sent me a bill for almost $300 to inspect the quality of the plumbing fixtures his company installed for us! He acted like he was doing us a favor when he offered to drop his $39 service charge for the aforementioned inspection. He and his company are highly-skilled plumbers, but sadly seem tone deaf when it comes to customer service.

Mike helped me with a plumbing job for my dental office and I appreciated the solution he came up with for my issue which saved me time, money, and potential headaches! He was very professional and made sure the job was done right.

We had a clogged drain in the basement that I couldn't get cleared. We sent a request through Homeadvisor to Mike Ingrilli Plumbing. Within 5 minutes Mike called me. He gave me an estimate over the phone and said a plumber would be over by 2pm, (this was a Saturday btw.) David the plumber showed up in a van within the hour! He was very professional, asked what the problem was and where.

I showed him to the basement and he had the drain cleared in under 30 minutes. Also, we paid less that we figured it would be. I would definitely use Mike Ingrilli Plumbing again.

These plumbers were very professional and got the job done quicker than I thought for having to jackhammer up my basement slab to replace a broken pipe. Made the decision to have them do further work as they were in there because the camera showed lots of tree roots and and sludge further down than we had originally thought. Work was finished, they cleaned up and everything looks great. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking for quick and affordable plumbing work.

We have used Mike Ingrilli plumbing for a few years now. Always prompt and great communicators. Friendly, capable, and they get the job done. Highly recommended.

I had a terrible problem when my sewer was clogged and started backing up. A rooter company came and said because of the age of my house and the trap position, they would have to hydro-jet the pipe at a huge cost. I called Mike Ingrilli after hours, and he immediately called me back. He assured me that hydrojetting was a last resort (and if it was needed, the cost could at least $400. less than my original quote). Mike was quite sure his snaking equipment could clear the clogs.

They were able to arrive the following morning and installed a port and cleared the clogs as promised. Mike and his staff are always very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

From the first phone call to completion of the work, Mike was prompt, efficient, on time, thorough and a total professional. He said what he was going to do and followed through immediately. I found the price to be competitive with other bids and the work was quality. If we ever need a plumber in the future we will definitely call Mike Ingrilli Plumbing.

I was in Europe when I found out that a pipe in my garage had burst and was spewing water. Thankfully Mike Ingrilli came to the rescue. I had my roommate call Mike and the dispatch took care of the rest. Mike was on time, fixed the problem, 100% professional and trustworthy in every way. This was comforting to me as I was a long way from home.

Had a leaky toilet in the powder room. They came promptly gave me the quote and fixed it the same day in about an hour. Very professional. Cleaned up very well. Very pleased with their work and would definitely call them again for any plumbing work I needed done. Work was done promptly and efficiently.

Found them after a search online. We interviewed a bunch of plumbers since we had a complete bathroom remodel (moving fixtures, adding shower) and other house challenges. They were one of the least expensive and talked to us about all the challenges they saw and how they were going to solve them which I really appreciated. Other plumbers were patronizing and talked down to me as a woman. Kurt did our work and was so brave teetering on the joists 2 floors above! They did great work for a very fair price, even when we had other things come up in the job.

Mike's professionalism and workmanship are the best I have found. Would highly recommend him to anyone seeking any type of plumbing work. He can also handle other jobs by subbing out work, which he oversees. I am 1,500 miles away in Arizona, so his commitment to us has been phenomenal.

He was very thorough, and very neat. He explained what was done and what needed to be done. He was very professional. He had all the materials that he needed in his truck. Price wise, I think my husband kind of looked around and plumbers are expensive, but I would say that they were compatible with other plumbers that were looked into. We were very pleased. We will use them again.

The website says 24/7 plumbing. I called the number around 230 yesterday, Sunday afternoon for a leaking ceiling from a pipe from a bathroom. No one ever bothered to call- it's Monday 630 pm, still no calI guess I'm not big enough for them to work with
