Exacta Land Surveyors

I know nothing about this company except for the fact that they have a real arrogant employee working for them. This guy was texting and driving on the highway. Not just your normal T&D but we are sitting in lots of traffic and he's continuously leaving 10-12 car lengths and then flying up to hit his breaks on the person in front of him. When we beeped at him he started throwing his middle finger out the window and laughing.

Okay buddy. You're in a work vehicle, texting and driving, and giving other drivers the finger? Real professional. Glad I have a dashcam with live footage. I'd be embarrassed to have an employee like this working for me.

Probably one of the worst companies. Did a horrible job and could NOT even find the concrete land marks.yet both my neighbors have them clearly marked on theirs. The town laughs at the survey whenever I submit plans. I called and asked them to fix it and was told no. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The Florida Office rocks! I started using this company a couple years ago because my usual surveyor was always too busy. Derek was able to provide the survey within several days and I've been using them ever since and they never disappoint! Derek is awesome and his staff is friendly and accommodating. I'm a realtor and my clients are always happy with the surveys.not only do they provide a paper copy, but they provide a laminated one as well.no one else does that and it's a nice bonus to a new buyer!

DO NOT EVEN TRY TO CALL THESE PEOPLE! They literally have some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My initial call was pleasant and I was promised the requested documents by end of business if I would just send an email to their support address. After a week of many calls and emails they continued to give me the run around and claim they have not received any of my emails.

All I was looking for is a copy of the land survey that has already been completed. Once I finally got a semi competent person on the phone they HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS, then I had to correct them once again by providing the job number for the 4th time. Once they finally got the correct survey pulled up they continued to let me know that even a digital copy of this already completed survey would be $150 (an astronomical price for a digital copy of something that has already been completed) and that they would not be able to release it to me based on the age of the survey.

I explained that my level of frustration is from the fact that I was promised this information by end of business on the initial day of reaching out to them and it took a week of constant follow up to end up being told they would not give me what was promised.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness This is what happens when private equity buys good businesses. What a waste of time and money. Do not use this company!

This company is Ohio joke. Everyone has issues with their surveys but they formed a monopoly with Zillow and Berkshire to take out local survey companies. They outsource their work to India yet pretend to be for America. Their office folks are snake oil sales men, they will quote you a price then change it once they are onsite and it's to late to order another one.

I had a crew on-site last month, she looked like she had not taken a bath in a year, I came out of my house and she is sitting in the ground, drawing. Not to mention she told me " your pins are not in and will require more time, I have to finish later". Well, me being a person that needed that line I went and looked where they where suppose to be.

It was a yellow pin sticking 1" out of the ground. Couldn't miss it. Then she returns to set all new pins, almost 1 foot apart. Needless to say, I ordered another survey and my gut was right, she didn't know what the heck she was doing. So I talked with my real estate lawyer and they advised taking the survey to the state board of surveying. What a joyful experience the state has been!

They have been hunting these guys for years! They close up shop every so often, and open under close to the same names and different state numbers. This is highly unethical, as any survey they put out is now trash. Surveys are for as long as that paper exist. Their office claimed, the survey is only for a short time. What a lie, the board said no, surveys once's issued, are legal documents and valid as long as that paper exist. Houses don't move!

So to resolve your issues don't bother with the exacta run around, just go straight the state board. Exacta will pay $10,000's to get you not to go to board. Even if they are correct, because they don't want the board to know them. They will get a letter from the state and exacta payout people will contact you very quickly. Best of luck, remember! Order local and get integrity.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Value After few years I found that the information on the survey about the septic tank is absolutely wrong, causing me problems. I wonder how the person came to the conclusion where the septic tank was located. At this point I feel overcharge by this company. Extremely disappointed.

Worst survey ever as they only put measurements on one side of the house to the property line. The house sits at an angle and there are several measurements for the house with all the bump outs and such. Kind of difficult to figure out and everyone complains about it. Never had that problem before.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have had exacta land surveying perform 2 surveys for me. Both times the surveyor has been fast to respond, and I received notice via text that they were coming. All local surveyors in Hernando county were 6 weeks out and would only perform a boundary surveyor, Exacta performed boundary survey with improvementa in less than a week. Unbelievably fast service, I am very happy. My other survey was performed in Zephyrhills. I highly recommend for Pasco and Hernando county. Couldn't be happier.

This company was used when we closed our our house in Tampa, 2 years ago. We recently wanted to install a new fence and noticed discrepancies with the survey compared to the current fence line. We had more land than what was being taken advantage of! We called to have them stake the property lines for us and they were out the next day, to our surprise. Surveyor was clean, articulate, and was able to put any questions in simple answers to understand. Price was reasonable too.

I called for a person from your company to come to put the flags again because he had a disagreement with the ones on the back of the house and another flag that could not find. The person who attended me tells me that with the photos I could find the correct points that I did not need an inspector again because that carries a charge of $ 150. After seeing the photos they send me, it is impossible to identify the points since they do not show any reference point.

I call again and explain that the photos do not work, they indicate that I have to pay $ 150 to be able to put all the flags again. It turned out that all the flags on my property were misplaced at the back of my property, practically giving away 15 feet to the neighbor. How is it possible that I have to pay again for a poor job done by one of your employees. how is it possible two employees doing the same job on the same field and have so much difference between the points.

This shows that they are a company that cannot be trusted. their employees work poorly, they don't care about the customer. I just want my money back because it was a mistake from your company that I don't have to pay

This is the most pathetic and absolutely the worst survey company I've ever dealt with in all my years of working with survey companies. Although the survey was already completed they asked for more money to receive additional copy. They took the money and then didn't provide as promised. A manager name Rudy said that he had resolved the situation but that was just another lie.

I would run from this company before I would use them if I were you. They caused a huge problem for a real estate transaction that cannot be repaired. I hope and will encourage the parties that were harmed to sue them for damages. Worst experience ever.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had contracted with them to perform a boundary survey, site tie in, elevation. They said no problem and then when I asked them to finish the work they said the company changed its mind and they no longer provided builder services. Now will have to pay for the whole package AGAIN through someone else. DON'T WASTE MONEY ON COMPANIES THAT DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD! Don't worry though, they will definitely keep the money.

Matt made sure that this Residential survey was completed before the holidays! The buyers were saved from a delayed survey resulting in a closing after their temporary housing expired

Although there was a rain delay causing a change of date the service was excellent and the technician was prompt, considerate, very courteous and very charming to work with. A VERY pleasant young man who was professional in every regard and very thoughtful and kind. Wonderful work!

Scott, I asked Jennifer Fox for your email address as I wanted to reach out and share my compliments on your staff. I've been a customer of Exacta for years, having previously run the state operations for Rels Title. The business sent was in the hundreds back then.
