I was having a property line dispute with my neighbor over a fence that I had built. He claimed a portion of it was on his property and demanded it be moved. His lawyer sent me a survey that did not make sense to me. I called Johnston & Johnston and spoke to Tiffany (office manager) and explained my problem. I was skeptical of the survey provided by my neighbor and thought I would order my own.

I emailed a copy to her. She got back to me right away and put me in touch with her boss who explained the survey I provided. It showed that I was in fact 3.5 inches over the property line. Rather than trying to sell me a new survey they told me that the one provided was from a reputable office. When I offered to pay for the consultation I was told no charge happy to help! I would whole heartedly recommend this honest firm to anyone who needs a survey.

I hired J&J Land Surveying a few weeks back for a survey of my property, the experience was above and beyond my expectations. It took just a couple of days from the moment I called to the crew being onsite.

The crew took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to achieve accurate results. I must add, when you see a crew do their work using the best GPS and Laser tools available and spend all the time needed to validate their findings, they build trust and produce superior results. I highly recommend J&J Land Surveying; without hesitation I will call them again next time I need a survey.

Here is why: 6 months ago I gave up on trying to find a residential land surveyor that could help me with an issue I am having with my property. Today Sept. 23 2021, I decided to start the process once more, and had the good fortune of hearing about J&J.

I called them at 4:24 PM (today) to discuss my issue and was greeted by Tiffany who in less than 15 minutes was able to clearly understand my problem and how we could start taking action to resolve my matter. She immediately suggested a course of action with a commitment to get back to me before close of business (same day results). At 5:03 PM (less than 1 hour later) I received a call back from Tiffany with a strategy and plan on how to resolve my issue, along with an email containing initial documentation supporting her strategy. Further to this exceptional experience, she was able to give me some rough cost estimate that are significantly more competitive to everyone else I have spoken to. (and wasted my time with). Excellent survey company. I called and they showed up the following day. The entire staff was very professional, and the field crew took their time and did the job the right way! I will definitely use them again!

I would recommend this company, I called around other places, and it was to expensive around $500. Which my husband and I are trying to keep things on budget, so we can get the fence up on our property. So grateful to have found this company with the pricing and will continue using this company. The staff worked fast and quick to get the survey done which we needed before Wednesday. Took 5 days. I am so very pleased. Also, Tiffany is amazingtop Notch customer service!

We called a few companies to do a boundary survey for fencing for us but Tiffany was the only one who was very nice and helpful on the phone. She called us back within minutes with a price. We set up a time for the following week for the surveyor to come to our home. He was just as nice and helpful as Tiffany. He did a great survey. He wasn't in a rush to get it done. We were very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

I needed a new survey a new fence I was having put up. Johnston and Johnston showed up when they said they would. A gentleman named Henry came out to do the work who extremely knowledgeable about the survey and very friendly. Reasonable prices as well. Would definitely recommend.
