I worked with Nancy Brodhagen at Peak View Solar to install solar system at my house in Colorado Springs that just went operational. Nancy worked with CSU and then had to redesign my system when usage declined due to absence for one we could add to later when usage increases. I would highly recommend this company and Nancy if you want a local solar company to help with finding best system. Heres to lower energy bills going forward.

This company completely botched the very expensive work they did for me. They routinely failed to show up the days they promised, they did very shotty work and it was clear a day in dealing with them they did not know what they were doing. The owner is a nasty women who who slithers out of holdup her end of the agreement. They don't know at all how to properly wire anything, and have only cost us money in long run. Her son is no gem either, he doesn't know what the hell he is doing. Avoid Peak (sneak) View at all costs.

This company does not stand by their warranties and will build you a system that meets your budget regardless to if it's what you need. They also will try to charge you $95/hr for phone or in person support before your system is even working.

After researching both local and national companies for solar I made the decision to go with Peak view. While my installation was not typical or cookie cutter and required some assistance on my part I am fairly pleased with the outcome. The quality of work from the install crews was great! The quality of the product seems top notch. There were some bumps and bruises with the office regarding communication and coordination(Due to my non standard install) Nancy has assured me these have been addressed and that this situation is very rare. I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for custom solar!

It was a pleasure to work with Peak View Solar. They answered all of my questions before I made my decision to purchase my system. They told me exactly what to expect during the installation process. And, they have been very friendly and cooperative when I have called them about a couple of minor issues after the installation. I would certainly make the same decision to go with them.

While the work that Peak View Solar did on my project was very good, I do have one beef. They sold me their system, along with the argument that I needed a new roof to accommodate the solar installation, and that accordingly, the new roof could be rolled into the solar project, allowing me to take the Federal Tax Credit of 30% for both the solar installation and the supporting roof. However, I learned from my accountant this past week, who was reading me the IRS code over the phone, that this claim is not true.

So the tax benefit of this project was $4800 less than represented. I can't say at this point in time that the factor would have been determinative in my decision to install solar, but be forewarned if they make this argument to you to sell you their system.

We chose Peak View Solar a local small business to install our net metering solar system. After installation the system performance is monitored by Peak View who provides warranties for 10 years. Nancy answered all our questions and addressed our concerns over the differences between inverters and panels. We look forward to an August installation and will have more feedback at that time.

Nancy was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I threw out from the estimate that I had received from her. Nancy was there for any questions or emails that I sent to her and did respond in a timely manner with the answer. The installation team was professional and went very smoothly. We used Peak View Solar for our home in Aurora, CO and we had a great experience with them. John came out first to explain how everything worked with the set-up, financing, installation, etc. We received updates frequently from Taylor about the installation process and even how to turn the meter on once everything was installed! It was a pretty easy process for us as the customer and everyone we worked with was really nice and helpful! We have been "on" with solar now for almost 2 weeks and we are loving it!

Our salesman, Ben, was extremely professional and very friendly. He informed us at the time of the sale that the installation process could take a few months, which it did. During the wait time I called the office numerous times to get updates and the ladies in the office were always very nice and were able to give me updates as they became available.

The installation took place over the course of 2 days and the install team was just as friendly as everyone else working for Peak View. They answered the questions I had and made sure that they cleaned up after themselves. My system has been live for 3 weeks and so far I haven't had any problems. I would recommend Peak View Solar to anybody looking to get rid a monthly electric bill.

Peak View Solar completed a reinstall of our existing system due to a roofing project. All of their crews were friendly, helpful and professional (including their "uniforms"). They were always on time and diligent in their work. One area for improvement, though, is that the reinstall scheduling took a little longer than I had expected--I was under the impression the panels would be made operational within days of roof completion. Ultimately, though, I would definitely recommend Peak View Solar and would use them again.

Peak View Solar is an outstanding company! I needed my hail-damaged solar panels removed/replaced. I had been a customer of a terrible solar company (Ion Solar) that treated me dishonestly and unprofessionally. I'm so glad I saw Peak View Solar's yelp reviews and made the switch. From the minute Debbie answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Peak View's team has been professional and responsive, and they value their customers!

At first glance it seemed that the two representatives, Courtney and Mercedes, my first thought was on great another door to door sales pitch. But I was awesomely surprised at how laid back they both were. We listened to their spiel and was very impressed with the way they both presented themselves. Friendly and made the listening a pleasant experience.

It wasn't all about the company either, as there were other stories about each other. They interacted with the cats which can be a rarity for some people. They were professional and were polite when walking in. They asked if they needed to take off their shoes. Courtney was on top of scheduling and made sure all of our questions were answered.

She was humble enough to call her supervisor to clarify on unknown questions and to ensure a positive outcome. Recommended? Absolutely yes. Loved the way they came and made it a no pressure laid back atmosphere. Definitely a company I would recommend doing business with.

Phil and his team from El Paso Green Energies were prompt and efficient. The installation took 5 days total From beginning through to final inspections.

I could not be happier with the job done by Phil and family. Residential 5.7kW retrofit install with many challenges along the way. At every step, Phil found technically sound and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Looks and works great!

EPGE had the best quote of several solar companies and used good quality panels. EPGE explained what to look for in a solar panel, how shading effects performance, and how long panels last. EPGE also helped in applying for the solar rebate from CS Utilities.

Family owned, friendly, competent, great job! The weather was tough and holidays made for difficult scheduling. But they were able to get everything done on time and working before the end of the year. Always available to explain and help with the setup. Great experience overall!

Phil and family did a superb job installing our 5.7kW residential retrofit PV array. His installation works great and looks great! Phil put extra effort into making it all look attractive. I would be proud to show off his work. Phil also has a superb grasp of all of the relevant codes and regulations. We passed all four inspections without any issues.

We also encountered a few unanticipated challenges that made the installation more difficult than expected when Phil first quoted the job, but Phil handled all of them directly without charging extra. Phil's quoted price was also excellent, far lower than our other bids. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

The owners of this company are local in Colorado Springs but work all around the county. They were the lowest price of three quotes. This could be attributed to the low overhead of their company. They were super friendly and considerate of all my concerns (even after construction was completed). Highly recommend this company. Would use them again.
