A-1 Painting Management

We hired this company to do an entire new paint job on the inside of a very large house. I chose them because they had such great reviews! We were promised that our project would be done in 7 to 10 days, but it ended up taking between 5 and 6 weeks! There were a few delays with building issues on our end, but this was not the majority of that time.

They were multiple days when they would not be at the house, saying the sprayer broke or some other reason. In the end we ended up having three final walk-throughs, which was confusing since I felt like a paint company should have been able to catch the things that I saw weren't done, or not done correctly; but after the third one, We told them we were good.

To be honest, they were still things that I found that were not up to my expectations, but after dealing with them for so long, hearing so many excuses, and dealing with such an unprofessional attitude and very degrading conversations with Adam, I just didn't want them around any longer! Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone!

I ended up doing some touch up work myself. Which wasn't really cool after spending so much money to have our rental house painted! I have included some images of final walkthroughs that we had. I also failed to mention that they got paint all over our brand new laid LVP. Some of it was never cleaned up and I had to scrub on my hands and knees for 2 to 3 hours to remove it. This can also be seen in the pictures.

After a very wet spring and summer, A-1 finally made it to our indoor project. Was worth the wait! Very competitive pricing, and an excellent crew! We are very happy with the results. Would highly recommend and will Recommend to family and friends.

We had soffit's, fascia, windows and doors painted. The work was very good! Neal kept me informed along the way and was very pleasant to work with. I will be using your company again! Thank you Eriks

Adam and his team did a great job painting the interior of my home. They painted the high walled rooms in our entryway and great room that we could never do ourselves! They were efficient and cleaned up their work area between workdays.
