The painters from VanDerKolk Painting were a great team to work with! They painted our commercial buildings beautiful colors and used high grade paints. The workers arrived on time, worked diligently all day long without stopping for lunch or water breaks (even though they had plenty of both), only took down their masks when it was necessary in order not paint more than one section at once so as not disrupt traffic flow too much outside; this way you can see what's happening right away instead if having everything blocked off by painter scaffolding everywhere. I'll definitely be using these guys again many times in future projects!

I contacted VanDerKolk Painting at random when I was looking for some help removing old paint from and then repainting my basement walls. Declan was quick to stop by to estimate the job and Aurelio did great work. They also helped repair some drywall and it looks good as new. I'd definitely recommend working with this company. They are courteous, responsive, and the price seemed right to me especially after seeing the fantastic results.

We have used Vanderkolk multiple times now. This review is long overdue. They did our living and dining room which turned out perfect. Most recently we had a slider door & trim in need of stain & repair as result of damage done to it. I called Tom and he was right on it for us. He sent Raphael (super nice young man) over to work his magic and we couldn't be happier. Vanderkolk has always been very responsive to us and we totally trust him and the work they do. My wife and I will for sure use him again and I strongly recommend you using this painting company.

In 2019, we purchased and renovated a 110 year old Eastown house. Probably the most important parts of the renovation were whole interior and exterior paintings. We met with several companies to get bids and selected VanDerKolk and Kooi. While bid amounts were comparable, we felt that Blake, the project manager, understood what we were trying to accomplish with the house.

He connected us with a plaster/ drywall professional (who was great) who squeezed us in to get the project started by resurfacing all the walls. And he made sure the painting projects kept on track. The interior paint job was challenging but the results were really outstanding. The attention to detail by Dave and Lydia was amazing. The entire interior space was really renewed and transformed.

The exterior painting came next. Cam and Lydia did a great job prepping and painting. The results really exceeded our expectations for how good the house could look. We were highly satisfied with VanDerKolk and Kooi's work in bringing our house back to life.

Randy & Aurelio were here for three days repainting rooms and touching up other areas. Very quality work! All of the blending/touch up work looks very seamless and they did minimal full wall painting unless needed. I felt very comfortable with them making decisions that were best for me and them too. Very neat and concise in their work areas. I'm a former painter and have high standards and they exceeded my expectations. I will use them again!

We recently approached VanDerKolk Painting to look at painting our facility. The interior walls and ceiling here, were incredibly dusty and dirty, also our steel columns and crane supports created a difficult challenge. Tom and Brady were absolutely first class to work with offering the perfect solutions to address our needs. The VanDerKolk paint team also came in and worked around us staging off areas, prepping and even came in after hours to complete the work. They did a tremendous job and at a great price, highly recommend!

Never make a comment that a well meaning child may follow up on! I found this co. to be thorough, the field man spent a lot of time talking us through what he thought could be the best route for us to follow; We have an unusual dilemma with our cabinets.
