Although all the window companies have a long wait list, the experience with SWM was great. The sales process was not stressful. They gave us the best quote around and they didn't feel pushy like many of the other companies were. The installation was fast, efficient, and the men who did the work were kind and respectful. They did a fine job and cleaned up the mess afterwards.

I couldn't be more satisfied. Customer service was also great. If they couldn't get to my call, they'd return it immediately, they answered all my questions, and they were very respectful. The windows are well manufactures and come with a warranty. They are a great value. I am satisfied with the entire experience.

We purchased several windows several years ago. We started having problems with three of them. The owner of Superior Windows, Lou personally came out to see what the problem was & took care of the three windows @ no cost to us. I recommend not to go threw other contractors to purchase Superior window. Go straight with Superior. They will take care of their customers.

I called to get a quote to replace a door at my business. The sales manager came out and took measurements and said he would get me a quote. I called a week later after not hearing back and left a message. Still no phone call or quote 3 weeks later. Ended up getting measurements and proposals from two other companies within days. Poor customer service.

The place is terrible. The factory was moved to a guy making windows out of his garage. Be careful not dealing with a real window company anymore. It's a one man show the owner delivers windows and he is always in a big hurry.

I could not be happier. My house looks so much brighter and the windows are so easy to open. Wonderful folks to work with from the sale to the installation. There was no damage to paint or window sills, and the installer was kind and professional, I didn't have to clean a speck of dirt up.

Not pleased with the coordination process. I asked what wood and trim could be removed prior to installation. I was told they would not know until they went to install the windows. They split all the wood at the jambs of the window and then left it on. So now I am stuck trying to have to carefully remove this wood without damaging my windows.
