But you may NOT get the expertise and honesty. He's been my ac guy since 2010 and I've been very happy with his choice of products and service!

Steve Shay installed our HVAC unit when we upgraded our condo and he and his team were extremely efficient and professional. Recently, we had some routine maintenance work that needed done and his tech, Jesus, was amazing at trouble shooting the problem and getting things fixed quickly. Action Air came to my condo to look at my AC right after I purchased my condo. They fixed the issue but did tell me it required a replacement very soon and that the fix would only be a band-aid on the problem. Of course they came out two more times for more band-aids until I finally decided to replace the AC unit. After my condo remodel and dealing with unprofessional contractors I can say that the entire staff at Action Air that I have had the interactions with have been absolutely professional and courteous and what a breath of fresh air.

The technicians that have come to my condo have been prompt, professional, clean up after themselves and always explain the issues clearly and educate me on what is going on. I did some comparison shopping and their prices were competitive. The service provided by Bernice at the office, Tyler and Jason (technicians) is great! I won't have to use them for a while because I now have a new AC unit but if I did I will certainly be calling them back. Thank you for everything.

They installed a new AC system for my condo about two years ago. Since then the unit has had problems twice. The latest is that the fan is faulty and needs to be replaced. The part is under warranty but the work to replace it is over $200. This is ridiculous.

Our air conditioner gave out on a weekend about a month ago. We called Action Air Inc. and they sent a tech to our home that same day. Elich (their tech) was very professional and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue that same day and we have not had an issue with the air conditioner since.

Being a single women its hard to find trustworthy car mechanic, a/c guy, plumber, etc etc. But a friend recommended Action Air when my air conditioning stopped working. I called them at 4pm when I came home from work to a hot home.
