On Sunday our upstairs AC stopped working. I called Viking Air and he suggested several things I could do that might get it working and thus avoid a service call. One worked and I managed to get the AC working for free! They definitely have all our future business. Recently they've stopped responding quickly, I made around 10 phone calls and it was 4-5 days without A/C before they called me back.
