We are so happy that we chose Caine & Co. as our remodeling design & contractor. Every member of their team made us confident in this huge process. Vaughn, Dirk and Steven led and completed the construction, Lauren and Shalona designed our remodel and provided interior design. Our project from design to construction touched every square inch of our home. Nine months after moving back in we still love our home completely!

They remodeled our kitchen and main living area Despite the massive shortages due to COVID-19 they did a fantastic job keeping us updated and getting stuff done where physically possible. Highly recommend Caine and Co. Worth every penny.

We hired Justin & team to build an addition for my mother-n-law in North Central Phoenix. We interviewed several contractors and felt an immediate connection and comfort level with Justin. We had a few extra challenges - we had to pivot during construction and change the design, and Covid-19 - which tested all of our mettle and patience. Challenges arise, as they always do, and there was a very reasonable give-and-take between all of us which resulted in a great outcome.

We had our kitchen remodled by Caine & Company and they exceeded our expectations. From start to finish we were kept informed of everything that was going on. Justin came out with our designer Lauren for our first meeting and told us exactly what to expect. Lauren has a wonderful eye for detail and really did a great job picking out options for us as far as lighting, fixtures, tiles and paint colors. Vaughn was our contact during this project and he always responded promptly to every call or text and kept us up to date with schedules.

We never had to wonder what was going on. He would also show up after a subcontractor did their work to inspect it and make sure it met his high expectations. Our lead carpenter Stephen was truly awesome. He was a real perfectionist and had great attention to detail. He showed up on time every day and never complained if we wanted to make a change to something. We are so glad we chose Caine & Company and plan on using them when we are ready to remodel our bathroom.

My parents bought a new Sub-Zero wine refrigerator and they wanted the enclosure to match their existing cabinets. Caine and Company stepped in and got an exact match. Dirk came and installed the enclosure in a very professional manner and did great work. We will assuredly use Caine and Company again for future needs. I would be remis not to mention Lauren as she was instrumental in coordinating everything in this very trying year.

We live in an old historic home that we love, but the closets are very small. We wanted to remodel the master bedroom, and build an addition that would extend the bedroom to include a bathroom and walk-in closet. The challenge would be to add the new square footage, so that it looked original to the home, and maintained the historic charm. After extensive research, we contracted with Caine and Company.

We met with Justin and his design team, and explained what we wanted. They were attentive to our ideas, and offered helpful suggestions of their own. Now that construction has ended, I decided to put in writing my feelings about the project. The construction started and ended on the dates they said it would. As with any construction, a few problems were encountered, quickly resolved, and to my surprise, the final cost of the project was exactly what we had originally been quoted. Dirk, the construction supervisor showed up on time, every day.

He was professional; detail oriented, and always had a positive attitude. Dirk was extremely responsive, very respectful of our home, and even cleaned up the jobsite at the end of every day. His easygoing manner and patience in answering our endless questions made it a pleasure to have him around. Building an addition that looks original to a historic home is challenging, but they did a masterful job. Justin and his team renovated the majority of our home last winter. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I particularly appreciated Justin's design suggestions. I found myself overwhelmed with all of the choices when it came to tile, paint colors, counter tops, etc. Justin really helped narrow things down, and we ended up going with nearly all of his suggestions.

In 2007 we hired Justin and Caine and Company to do a major addition to our 1950's ranch home in the Camelback Corridor. After interviewing several other contractors and receiving bids from other design/build companies, we were thrilled when we found Justin.
