Alamo City Handymen replaced some severely rotted rafter tails on the roof of my house. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and prompt. We had a crack in the masonry on the 2nd story of our house between the stonework. This was not foundational but needed fixed for looks. I called and got a quote within 24 hours. They were able to come out and fix it within the week. The work was done professionally and follow up was excellent. Throughout the process they were in constant contact and even sent me pictures of the work when I was off site. I would recommend them and will use them again

We had some old 70s wainscoting and paneling removed in our home and the areas retextured for a more modern look. The work was done well & very timely. Dave communicated well through the entire process, and gave a heads up with any unforeseen issues that arose. Very happy with the output and will look to use them again in the future!

Andy came on time and blew us away with his great professional demeanor and talent! He got right to work on changing out a door for a doggie door, which we thought he would have to change the door swing. Not at all, he worked some magic on the hinges, so the swing matches the screen door, which we thought would have to come off. He also went to Lowe's and picked up a security door for the front door.

He also repaired the front door itself which would not close properly. A previous handyman worked on the same door, for over an hour, said he fixed it, yet the dogs got out the front door later because it was NOT fixed! Andy took care of that immediately again working his magic and know-how! NOW it locks properly because of his brilliance. Alamo City Handymen is the fifth handyman company we called.

The first three were no-shows and the fourth was quite the bi-polar dud. So to get Andy was somewhat the miracle for us! To find some company to not only answer the phone and to return our calls, but to actually show up, on time AND get the jobs done in such a professional manner is such a relief, finally. Andy and this company, Alamo City Handymen, have my greatest appreciation and my highest recommendation.

David was very responsive from day one and provided me a fair quote beating the competition. Abel did the work to patch up my ceiling and he did such a great job. I was very impressed.

They provided great service, were always on time and friendly, and most importantly the quality of the work was exceptional! Several months later, we are still so in love with our new master bathroom and new shower in our guest bath. Love working with these guys! I've used them twice for odd jobs, furniture assembly, etc and will continue. Dave is quick to get in touch with me to get the job scheduled. Richard has been out twice and is very polite and always asks if I have anything else I need done. Wonderful price for amazing work. This is the 3rd time I've used OMG, and they are still the folks I will go back to whenever I need remodeling done at my house. Before - I had kitchen backsplash done - immaculate! Had a new roof and gutters put on -- outstanding! Had some ceiling work and re-painting done - superior! This time --- I had some old kitchen fluorescent lighting boxes removed, replaced with recessed lighting and hanging lights over the kitchen island and dining table, which also involved some ceiling work and repainting, and new fans installed on my deck. OUTSTANDING results!

I can't say enough about their attitude and customer service -- just as outstanding as their work and work ethic! I know they stand behind their work too -- as I had one light that was prone to flickering every now n then; I called them, and they came out without hesitation, without quibbling, and made it right. I want to compliment Alamo City Handymen for the professional work they did on my shop. They fed new electrical service to my shop and added plugs and lights. Their work was diligent, speedy, met expectations, and stayed within the estimated budget. When I realized an addition to the order that was necessary, it was not a problem to them and the invoice was adjusted fairly.

I talked to the owner David, and Rich the one that would be doing the work. The work was done in a timely manner. Even though they had a lot of work at other jobs. I like the fact that I was contacted when they would be at the house to work. I had left keys to the house with them. I am glad that I hired Alamo City Handymen. They would even clean up after they were done for the day.

Dave not only did a great job, but he was polite, professional, efficient, willing to work with us on scheduling, mindful of shutting the door so the dog couldn't get out, and cleaned up after himself. He even gave us some tips on some of our other home projects. Now that I know his capabilities, when we're ready to do a bathroom remodel, he will be my first pick! Thanks Dave!

Just had a 10x20 deck installed and it is amazing! Beautiful wood, square, level in-spite of an incline, the decking looks like a pine floor. The guys were polite, timely and considerate of my family and business.
