I bought 2 hanging fuschias today. Everything was so beautiful and had great customer service! I'll be back!

We visited with our kids Cub Scout group. They were great with the little kids as well as the older ones. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I plan to go back to get some plants and supplies for my garden.

During the summer my daughter and I came in and felt very ackward, we weren't greeted they weren't busy but we bought our stuff and left. Couple weeks ago I went in the young lady was there, didn't realize she worked there, she walked past me and didn't say anything, I said do you work here, I didn't see anyone else, I asked about eucalyptus. Well TODAY I walked in an older lady talking to someone and young lady behind counter, I walked in LITERALLY all 3 look at me and no one says anything.

I will never come back in that place. Clearly I'm not welcome! I'm in a huge garden group on Facebook and always tell people that's the closest place other than traders Joe's but today I drove to traders Joe's.

Great Service. Items were fresh and decor was awesome. Not expensive as some floral shops.

I am not being sarcastic when I say Nathan is super nice! Seems to be a great crew to work with!

I wouldn't do business with place. I had a dealing with the manager which I will save them the embarrassment of airing it out here. As a business owner myself, I am not impressed on how they deal with people in general. I realize we are not speaking about an enterprise here but even so, I think you should deal with people on a professional level if you are to be engaging with others.

Scheduled a meeting with Dan Cappel to get a estimate. He told me I would get this estimate in roughly one week. Never heard from this guy again even after several attempts to communicate. COMPLETE waste of my time don't waste yours.

Great greenhouse. The selection was pretty good. I did find a few items that I don't see much. Friendly staff.

My son got 3 loads of gravel. He lives within the 0-5 mile range. I have a pickup, but that much gravel I would have to make 3 trips. It was my son's off day, so they made a special effort to deliver it right then. I would give them a 6 rating, but it doesn't go that high. I will definitely come back. Great company!

Great variety and super friendly people that work here. Couldn't get over how much there was to choose from. It was hard to pick just a few favorites, I wanted to take them all! Today was my first time here and I'll definitely be back!

Love this garden center, lots of house plants and they're getting ready for spring planting

Can't believe I've never reviewed this place before. Can't say enough good things about it. The plant quality is phenomenal, customer service is amazing, and they have done a great job accommodating deliveries of mulch, gravel, etc. I love the little succulent room off to the side as well. Looking forward to spring and coming back for some more outdoor plants to up my landscaping game!

This plant shop is a true gem hidden in Cincinnati. Even though they don't have the biggest indoor plant green house in the area they have an amazing selection. Not to mention the staff is so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Especially Nathan who has helped me with any questions I've had and always made my visits worthwhile. I have been to a ton of different plant shops in the area and this one has always been my favorite.

We recently began going tp Cappel's for our landscaping needs. The White Oak Garden Center is closer to us, however their pricing is much higher. We recently bought some mulch by the scoops, which I thought was a great option, & great deal! We also purchased some flowers today, & recently this beautiful kwanzan cherry tree! (pictured) The staff's always super friendly, & willing to help with whatever you need. Highly recommend it for any landscaping needs.

Local business, very personal service. And beautiful to see each day as a driver on Cheviot Rd. They offer a dazzling display for Christmas, and all occasions.

Best flower and landscape shop I've found. Friendly service and wide selection. Helpful for guy like me who's no good at flower shopping. Hanging plants potted plants mulch you name it. Plus save an extra 10% with a discount card you can get right at the counter!

Joe, We are very pleased with the landscaping work you did for us this fall. You asked us what specific things we wanted, made suggestions, and then showed us a plan. The guys did an excellent job planting everything according to the plan. They are always very friendly and very professional in their work. You have also done an excellent job of keeping the lawn in good shape all year.
