Literally a SCAM. Got our roof replaced in 2012. Ten years later, (which is conveniently when their warranty expires), the shingles are falling off, left and right. Ironically, the first line in their warranty, reads: "We will not be responsible for: 1. Acts of God, such as hail storms and winds in excess of manufacturers warranty." What do you think CAUSES roof leaks, Sherlock? Anyways, this company took big time advantage of a senior lady, who trusted them. They just wanted the money. Take my advice, and stay clear from these scammers!

I really satisified witht he roof they did on my house. Went all out and getting me what i wanted and working with my schedule thru email etc BUT. I had a problem with some siding that came off in the wind Chicago weather. I called them. Made an appointment for Tuesday.never showed up.never called to say there was a problem coming. Left a message the same day, never received a call back. Called them the next day. Girl thought it was strange he never came out and told me he would call me back. You guessed.still waiting for a call back.had to find someone else

Adept Construction did an excellent job and met our expectations. Gerry, the owner, patiently spent the time to answer all questions, provide samples of roofing materials, provide list and location of as many similar roofs for us to see, and provided the most exhaustive list of references I have seen a contractor provide to potential clients. Gerry came out to discuss the proposal to ensure common understanding of what was included in the price and what was not included, and final adjustments were made to my satisfaction. Gerry did a pre-job brief with the crew to ensure they understood our expectations as well as he did.

His crew was very courteous, worked hard, and thoroughly cleaned the property before leaving every day. Throughout the project, Gerry promptly replied to my calls and emails, and stopped by periodically to inspect the work. I would recommend Gerry and Adept Construction for any roofing project.

We used them for a new roof and to have 2 sun tunnel sky lights installed. The owner Gerry was very patient and knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make all the decesions as to the best shingles to pick from and the color options and went above and beyond I feel anyone else would have done. My roof looks amazing and I am loving my sun tunnels and so happy with the work and the clean up they did. I would recommend this company and know that he would do the best work for anyone. I first saw this company's work across from where I work. I was impressed with their professionalism and hard work. I asked the homeowner at the end of the day if he would recommend the company and he said "absolutely yes". I talked to one of the workers as they were meticulously cleaning up and grabbed their card. I needed my rood replaced, along with replacing an old, leaking skylight.

I got a a few quotes and they were not the cheapest, and not the most expensive, but they had by far the best customer service. Gerry came to my house at my convenience. He was professional, polite and with no sense of smarmy salesmanship that I sensed from the other companies reps. He had the brochures and info for all the materials he would use so I could choose The best option for my house.

The shingles were top of the line, the skylight matched the prices I had already researched. A very good quality job at a fair price. The skylight looks fantastic! Gerry even put a tarp on the leaking skylight so there would be no further damage before his crew could replace the roof. Their cleanup was perfect too! All in all, I recommend their work, and indeed grabbed their business cards to pass along to friends, families and neighbors. Good Job, guys!

Adept Construction has done two jobs for us over the past five years. These included roofing our home, siding our garage and covering the soffit and fascia of our home. They have done a fantastic job on all of these. Their pricing was very competitive and each job was completed on time and to very high standards/ We never had to call them back for a repair or a problem on their completed work.
