They will get you in a 3 year contract. Then, their cheap magnetic strips on the windows will wear out after a couple of years. Now if you set your alarm your alarm will go off when the magnet loses connection. Now you have to pay 100$ for someone to come out and replace the magnet. Well guess what? More start to go out and now you have to keep on paying the 100$ service calls.
I can't even set my alarm because there are too many faults. They will not let me out of the contract and have to continue to pay for a service I cannot use because their equipment is cheap. DO NOT trust these people. Highly disappointed with this service.

I have tried other alarm companies in Pensacola and regretted it every time. Trust me, there is no other choice to be made other than choosing Panhandle alarm. Once they come to your house, you will realize the other companies did not even begin to make sure you were protected. If you want customer service and quality the way things used to be done, just give them a call, you will not regret it. Update: Had them out to run network cabling throughout my house today and they did an awesome job.
Everything looks like it has always been here. They are constantly cleaning up and making sure everything is perfect. I really wish there were more companies like this place. They are truly phenomenal.

I just wanted to give the highest praise to Bob within the company who took care of my issue and made me feel secure and cared for as a customer and due to the amazing service he has provided has convinced me to continue my service. He showed me that if there is ever an issue, Panhandle will go above and beyond to make sure they will correct any issues. Thank you so much Bob!
