If I could give Raymark more than five stars, I would. They have helped me over the years multiple times. From fixing a dripping shower head, to installing all the plumbing and fixtures for a new bathroom. From the people answering the phone like Michelle or Morgan, to the technicians helping you, Joe, Jose, Mario, John, super star Ty, among others, I have encountered nothing but kindness and professionalism.

They have always taken the time to explain problems and challenges to be addressed and have proposed creative solutions to difficult tasks. I have never felt pressured to accept a proposal, and I have always felt confident to ask for more information or clarification. And I have always been satisfied with the end result.

Raymark has been our go-to plumbers for 20+ years. They focus on high quality service at very fair prices. We recently had some repairs done to our toilet flange and external hose bibs. Raymark plumber, Mario, did a great job! He patiently explained the problems as well as repair options. We are very happy customers.

Raymark is first class all the way. They completely replumbed our house in under 3 days and ran a new water line down a very long driveway in 1.5 days. Replaced our water line after it suddenly burst underground. They came a few hours after I called to take a look and provide an estimate, and came back the next morning to do the work. Mario spent 5 hours at my home. He cleaned out the kitchen sink drain line, which included repairing the galvanized drain pipe. He also installed a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal, which I provided. The new faucet was installed without any problem. However, when Mario began the disposal installation, he realized that the entire mounting assembly was missing from the new garbage disposal carton and he also discovered that the knock-out plug had already been knocked out of the disposal body.

He maintained his cool and was able to successfully substitute a different mounting assembly and he plugged the knock-out hole. Mario was courteous, organized and cleaned up after the tasks were completed. Great job! I was very relieved to have a kitchen sink drain line that works and I have a fantastic new faucet and a functioning garbage disposal.

I had a problem with water leaking into my basement due to a blocked storm drainage system. Raymark was highly recommended by a neighbor who had drainage work done last year. Kevin came to my home and discussed several options and provided me with a very detailed written estimate at less than half of what another company proposed. The gentlemen who performed the work, Juan and Kyle, were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work Raymark did and will definitely call on them for any plumbing, sewer, or drainage issues I might have in the future.

I had contacted Raymark to come out and do a bid for gas piping and water heater on demand on our home. They were fast to reply and quick to schedule, so I really appreciated that! Once they came over, I was told that I would have my bid by Friday afternoon. Monday comes and I am emailing over for my bid. It snowed over the weekend, so Marissa tells me that they are out of the office because of the snow, but I should be contacted soon. Well, a few weeks gone by and I still didn't receive it.

We went with other company because we couldn't wait anymore. It's such a shame, because they previously did great work in replacing a sewer on this exact same house! I'm hoping this is an isolated situation.

Ty's solution to my service line leak was the most elegant. His idea: instead of boring a hole 40' across your property, how about we come in through the garage and run the waterline parallel to your gas line. This solution: A) did not require breaking up a section of 100-year-old sidewalk next to my house that would be replaced with shiny new concrete; B) would not block the public sidewalk with a large boring machine; C) would not bury the line under a concrete driveway and up to 6' of dirt, which means that in the unlikely event it leaks again I might at least see puddle (there was no visible sign that 36,000 gallons of water dumped on my property over a 2 month period, average usage is 6,300); and, last but not least, D) was $2000 cheaper than the other two bids that wanted to use boring equipment to run the new line next to the old leaking line. Ty himself earns 5 stars for thinking outside the box!

Not to mention that he managed to coordinate completing the work the day after I accepted his bid. Kudos also goes to John and Gabe on the work crew for executing the project efficiently and engaging me to address decisions that needed to be made along the way. After the excavated soil levels out, there will be no sign that I had a service waterline leak. Elegant solution and excellent execution.

We met Levi for the second time today when he came to help us with a clogged sewer line. He was just as efficient and personable as on the first visit. He communicated extremely well and methodically worked through the problem. He found another inside clean out access that I had forgotten about. He left with our line clear and ready to use. We had called Raymark last night when the second toilet overflowed (long story - we thought the block had been cleared). He was able to come this morning which is much appreciated. We could not ask for more efficient courteous service. Thank you Levi and Raymark.

Raymark was the best plumbing service I have used in Seattle. I would choose them again and again. I had a sewer issue and I happen to be out of town. They got on the phone with me, assessed the situation, and determined the best path forward. They had stellar communication and I felt like they were on my side to get to the best answer. When they came out, they were professional, got the job done quickly, recommended short and long term solutions.

They fixed the issue faster than another company had done years prior. In the past with sewer issues, other companies send someone out to assess and then send the sewer tech. Raymark assessed over the phone and send the sewer tech on first visit. This made things efficient. They also helped with a toilet leak and knew exactly what to do. They were respectful and as a single woman, I felt very comfortable with them in my house. To top it all off they were reasonably priced and such a good value. This was the best plumber experience I have had. So grateful for them!

We had a water main break and needed an emergency plumber. We called Raymark's 24/7 line. They responded right away, were extremely helpful, and had our major issue resolved in a matter of days. They were so focused on helping us, that they forgot to ask for payment! I felt like the plumber was so sincerely focused on helping our emergent issue, it was incredible.

Service could not have been better. We needed emergency help and they came right to our house and fixed our system. the technician was awesome. These guys should get 6 stars.

I contacted Raymark after hours when I noticed that my 16 year old water heater had a pool of water around it. Raymark was very responsive and was able to come out the next day and replace the water heater for a much lower price than I expected. "Joe" was very professional and also helped identify some issues with the wiring in my garage that needed to address as well. Definitely will hire Raymark again.

I am so thankful to our plumber Joe and the rest of the Raymark team. We had water leaking through our kitchen walls as a result of an installation error made before we moved in, so a drip leak had been going for years. Joe was able to quickly identify the leak and thought through a number of options. The end result was a less invasive and less costly fix than it could have been, thanks to his thoughtfulness and ingenuity.

Combine the highly skilled technicians with a very responsive scheduling team and the result they get is a customer for life! Thank you again for the wonderful service. While I hope we won't need you again too soon, you'll be the first ones we'll call when we do.

Raymark replaced our main water line from the street to our house. The result was extremely successful as we now have excellent water volume in our 100 year-old Capitol Hill house. Yes, we can now take showers and flush toilets simultaneously! Joe was our service tech and he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Marissa handled all our logistics questions and she was nothing short of exceptional and professional. We could not be more pleased with Raymark Plumbing and we HIGHLY recommend them - especially for projects like ours.

She was professional and a great communicator. Ty, the tech provided the quote as promised. Was fortunate to get scheduled the next day. Ty and his assistant John were prompt, professional and did great work. Was actually relieved when Ty suggested replacing our water pressure valve (that was not functioning) and main line shut off valve.

This was added to the job on the spot. Ty provided great explanations for all of the work. Took them less than two hours to do everything with minimal impact to my family and with quality work. I will for sure be contacting Raymark for all of my future plumbing needs. Bravo!

Had a clog that was filling up my basement. The guys at Raymark found the problem and replaced the pipe. After the pipe was replaced they made sure the rest of the plumbing was in working condition.
