South West Plumbing provided excellent service! I had several plumbing issues of varying severity, and Aaron Young came out to evaluate them and give me an estimate. Aaron was very professional and explained the cost and recommendations for resolving each issue, and even provided some complimentary services, since I had so much work done. Aaron is an excellent plumber and the repairs he made left my house in better condition than when it was new!

I highly recommend and value this company, Troy and his apprentice were not only professional and friendly but extremely efficient and knowledgeable in running a gas line to support our change from an electric stove to gas stove. Their attention to detail, even bringing treats for our dogs, was very much appreciated! Also, their response to follow up service we needed was a class act and very much appreciated!

Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We got a plumber within 24 hours on the weekend which is never easy. My dishwasher wasn't draining and John just had to tighten something. My faucet was also dripping and he showed me how to correct that. Great company and service. Dustin and Will arrived today while roads were iced on New Year's Eve and installed my whole house water filtration unit in the garage. While they had not dealt with a similar system before and had to draw up a new estimate, they gave a very competitive flat rate quote prior to their work. They were even able to easily accommodate removing 2 items from the estimate I asked may not be necessary, and lowered the cost.

The outcome was better than I had expected with the install tucked neatly in the corner and almost disappears from view. I feel fortunate to have found South West from all these great reviews and now know who to call for my plumbing needs.

We had our tankless water heater breakdown, so we reached out to multiple plumbers to get quotes. Working with Wendy Brady over the phone and Mike our plumber assigned to our call was nothing short of amazing! Wendy was very helpful over the phone. Mike came out very promptly within an hour for our quote and was able to come out the next day to get the work done. Mike really looked at our problem and came up with the best solution of all the plumbers we had given us a quote.

We felt his knowledge and skills allowed us to receive the best work on this project! He did not try to upsell us, but he did offer fair pros and cons about each option and took the time to explain how the different tankless water heater systems operated and what we could expect with each. We needed some rerouting of our water pipes and SW plumbing's prices were both in line and better than their competition. SW Plumbing are our go to plumbers moving forward!

Super fast to arrive after my call this morning. It took less than 30 min to get to my place and understand the scope of work. Less than three hours later, I had a new water heater installed and heating the water again. Andrew, the installer was knowledgable and transparent about what needed to be done. My family and I came back to Seattle on New Years Day with a broken pipe due to the freezing cold. I had to turn off the main water valve to stop the leak, which meant no running water in the house. Unfortunately, we were not the only ones with issues due to the cold -- and all plumbers that I called in Seattle (5-6 different companies) were backed up for days.

South West was the most responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable of any plumber we called. They arrived the fastest and the plumber who came -- Aaron -- was super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I will be using South West again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

Southwest Plumbing was awesome to work with. They were flexible on scheduling and very responsive and communicative. Mike explained everything going on and gave me great, affordable options and got my problem solved quickly. They even patched up some holes near the old heater for me! Absolutely above and beyond!

My technician's, Ryan and Jason, We're great. Ryan took the time to determine the cause of the problem, explained explained in detail what was happening, and exactly how he intended to correct the issue. Jason his supervisor, likewise, was very helpful in explaining what had happened and why. They had my drains running smoothly quickly. Both men took great care in the job and keeping me informed. I would recommend South West Plumbing to anyone needing their services. They are prompt, respectful and very efficient. Not to mention, their just great folks!

I appreciated that I was sent a picture of the plumbers before they arrived and a phone call telling me they were on their way. Vincent and Jordan were very professional and cared about our needs. They were also very friendly. We even shared a few laughs. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, including code changes. We needed a new water line for a new fridge and they did a great job. See picture. ( perimeter lines were later removed) They also installed a new water heater to replace our 20 year old one. I will call on them in the future.

Dave and team were awesome! We had a new furnace and heat pump installed - all complete within a day. They are hard workers, and perform as professionals. Very knowledgeable and take the time to answer all questions.

This is the second time in less than 6 months we have had to call South West Plumbing. First was a backed up toilet during the holidays that was installed incorrectly by the previous owners. Today we needed our heat pump serviced.

Had a serious over-flowing toilet that drained through the ceiling into the garage. Abel showed up within an hour of calling SW Plumbing -- very thorough and professional. Would definitely call him or SW Plumbing again -- he even asked if I was a senior in order to give me the very best price.
