My garage door was having issues with staying up. Called this company and Casey was out at my house 1st thing in the morning the next day and right on time. Instead of re-balancing the door like I requested, he recommended the springs be replaced as they were the wrong size installed previously. He was able to square me away in less an 1 hr with new springs.
He also fixed my three broken hinges as a courtesy. No additional bogus service fees with him! He even gave me recommendations what to do with my new garage door opener that I plan on installing myself. Definitely recommend him over the larger businesses that want to charge you an arm and leg for the same job.

Please save yourself time and hire these guys! My experience looking to get my garage door fixed was a short one but one of two sides. I called and set up another appt with a different company (highly rated mind you, so watch the negative reviews) that was terrible. THEN I called these guys. I spoke to them over the phone about my situation and they gave me a few different options and some of those options saved me money but not on quality. Casey showed up the next day and knocked out an awesome job. I would hire these guys no questions asked the next time! Please save yourself some time looking and hire these guys!

Early Saturday evening the torsion spring on my garage door snapped. My wife and I could not get the garage door to open, and both vehicles were inside. My garage door weighs over 300 lbs. I thought at first that the chain had become loose from the sprocket, but as it turned out, that was not the case.
