Eric Stromwall solved the mystery of the upstairs bathroom leak. We had two plumbers come out from another company on three different occasions and they still didn't solve the leak issue. Eric determined what the issue was in 20 minutes or less where the other guys came out three separate times and left us with a pipe that was still leaking. We couldn't take showers for weeks. So Eric Stromwall is freaking awesome and I'd highly recommend him. Thank you Eric for your thoroughness & professionalism. You rock!

I had a severe leak in the upstairs bathroom due to a poor plumber in the unit next to mine. We share a common wall. Water & black gunk was coming up over the sink, onto the counter and then down to the floor where it was sucked up by carpeting leading out of the bathroom. There was so much collected water that it began to leak downstairs into my kitchen from the ceiling & recessed lighting.

After speaking with Claudia, 2 men showed up in 1 1/2 hrs and began prepping things for water mitigation services: cutting out & removing affected carpet, sopping up standing water, constructing plastic containment tents up & downstairs. These 2 gentlemen (led by Ray) worked diligently & quickly. Through the next 6 days ALL the workers who showed up every day on time were competent in their assigned tasks, happy to be there, and supported each other with the work being done.

They were totally focused on their work. Through it all, Ray treated his "crew" (& me!) with respect and did many of the same tasks himself & was always the last one to leave. I was VERY impressed! They behaved like a family and all of them shared the same respect that Ray demonstrated. Claudia (at Paul Davis) answered all of my questions & was patient & explicit with her answers.

No distracting & insincere platitudes from her at all! Ray was invaluable guiding me through the process and letting me know what action would be taken next. I have NO problem recommending this service to anyone who is need of the same kind of help that I certainly needed. Over the years, I have found that this kind of effort, competency, & diligence is very rare to find. I'm now looking towards Phase 2 and expecting good things in the reconstruction of my Master Bath and kitchen, etc.

Our kitchen island had to be rebuilt due to a slow leak from the dishwasher that damaged the surrounding cabinetry, the rear pony wall, and the vinyl flooring. Eric provided us with valuable advice during the initial inspection and Kirk worked diligently in compiling a detailed estimate using Xactimate (the same estimation software used by insurance companies). Kirk also corresponded directly with our insurance company to have additional coverage included for items that were overlooked by the insurance adjuster.

Over the span of two months (mostly due to shipping delays of new material), we had Noe, Frank, Leo and Miguel work on different projects as part of the restoration, under the expert leadership of Trevor, the project manager. Their individual expertise, professionalism, workmanship, attention to detail and the respect they displayed for my family and property was exemplary.

The restoration was completed within the expected timeframe with minimal disruption to our daily routines. We would highly recommend Paul Davis - Inland Empire for all your property emergency and restoration needs. They are professional, reliable and provide quality workmanship.

Eric was very helpful by explaining the entire process and provided expertise advice along the way in making sure we got all areas covered for the claim. Paul Davis did an excellent job of mold remediation and repair. When they finished, you would never know that any work had been done - it was restored beautifully. Claudia. the office manager, was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Rudy and Ray did an excellent job of supervising both the mold removal and the reconstruction. Jason, Ali, Jose and Miguel were very professional and worked diligently to get the job completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent job from conception all the way through completion of our home renovation. We interviewed several contractors before selecting Paul Davis and ended up choosing them because they listened to what we wanted and were able to provide us with lots of options that met our budget.

The Paul Davis team is excellent at what they do. We had a fire with water damage and we would have been lost in the process with our insurance company without their assistance. We ended up doing some additional remodeling during reconstruction and we could not be happier with the end result.

These guys did it right! They took care of the water issue and then took care of the rebuilding. We were very impressed by the product knowledge and creative ideas that Chris had for our kitchen. They settled the claim with our insurance adjuster, who was also please with the estimate package put together by Chris and then we revisited our options regarding changes we wanted to make.
