Wyatt did amazing today. I had a dozen people try to find out why I had a sewer odor in my new salon. No one could figure it out. Wyatt came today and did a smoke test and found my problem right away. He was very great at explaining what the next steps to solving the problem was and costs. I highly recommend master plumber and especially Wyatt for any of your plumbing issues.

My shower, toilet and sink all were backed up with water pouring into the basement this morning. I called Master Plumbing, and from the sweet lady that answered the phone to Phil that came to fix my problem, they turned my disaster into a good experience. Phil arrived so quickly and even took the time to discuss other things I was thinking of getting done in the future. He was very open and honest when answering all my questions. I will definitely be using this company again.

I am new to Twin Falls and couldn't be happier about finding Master Plumbing. They have been so responsive and professional from my first phone call to the completion of the job. Before calling Master Plumbing, I called two other plumbing businesses in town, left a message, gave each of them a week to return my call, but neither of them did. Yesterday, I called Master Plumbing, a very pleasant woman answered the phone, set up an appointment for Phil this morning. He arrived promptly and did the needed repairs to our outside faucets. I couldn't have asked for better service from Phil and Master Plumbing!

Master Plumbing tackled the job of replacing my waste line after I had years ago built over the top of old pipe. What a challenge! They were speedy and very considerate to work with, did a super job, and a great cleanup. Would gladly call them again for plumbing needs.

Master Employees! Our HOA hired Master Plumbing to service our street storm drains on our private streets. Ben came out to give us a bid, followed up with multiple conversations through emails and phone calls. He was professional and made us feel we were his only customer. and cared, which was important. Thank you, Ben. The service technician who came out to take the sample for the EPA was Jeremy.

He spent extra time after taking the sample to explain in detail what our issue was, and why, and what we needed to resolve. He went the extra mile. He was professional, knowledgeable, and again, treated us as we were a valued customer. When they came back after their scheduled appointment to clean all our storm drains, Jeremy and Helmut were miracle men!

Very hard workers, very detailed and cared about the integrity of the job, along with satisfying the customer. These two guys worked on our property like it was their own. and, worked their tails off. Thanks to Jeremy and Helmut! They are truly the best in Boise. Helmut knows anything and everything about plumbing! Our property manager referred them to us, and they did not disappoint. Having twice watched our storm drains cleaned previously by another company, it was obviously from the start that Master Plumbing with their employees, Ben, Jeremy and Helmut did a far superior job than the company we used prior. I now know who to call for my personal plumbing problems. Thanks, Master Plumbing!

Our renters moved out and we were cleaning up the house for the new renters coming in two days. We noticed the bathroom sink was chipped so I went to a resale store and bought a new one. When trying to replace it, I broke the pvc pipe connecting to the galvanized drain. I was out of my league. I called Master Rooter and the plumber arrived in 30 minutes.
