I spent months looking at floor samples and was overwhelmed with the multitude of options. It wasn't until I went to Inland Pacific Flooring that I met an owner so willing to deal with all of my questions and give his expertise in such a helpful way. From that first time in the store to them measuring my space and then the team they had install I couldn't have chosen a better business to help.

I never felt once like they were trying to upsell me. I highly recommend them based on my experience. From being completely overwhelmed and stressed out at first, to now having the beautiful flooring installed in my place that feels like a dream, I am so happy I came here for their help and expertise.

I walked in needing flooring for my kitchen and dining room. I had no idea what I wanted, knew nothing about flooring and was pretty lost. Customer service was AMAZING! I was given info on different types of flooring, suggestions and help beyond anything I expected. Ditch the big box stores and get some personal attention and help here. I'll be back.

They work with you show you all kinds of designs and what they have to make the best plan for you budget wise and plans wise the staff is very friendly and professional and I hope to have good luck with them on redoing my kitchen

These guys are great after buying some stock flooring, 2 months later we decide to change colors from gray to a brown for gramas place and they let us upgrade "no problem at the same price". We'll be back! Inland Flooring is the best!

I called to get a quote for a recarpet for a rental property. The person who answered the phone clearly had no idea what good customer service is about. She was unpleasant, unprofessional and seemed annoyed that she had to even answer the phone. I was so disappointed in the interaction that I didn't bother going on site to look at their selection.

Tom and his team at Inland Pacific Flooring were great. Coty helped me find the right types/colors of flooring that I was looking for. It was simple and I was able to take a few samples home before making a decision. This allowed me to see the floor in the space to make a better choice. After I decided what I wanted, Tom came out and obtained official measurements and gave me some advice.

The installation process was quick and easy. The installers had the project done in a day. I had a small issue after they were done, which Tom resolved the next day. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I have purchased carpet for rental house, carpet for house, and vinyl laminate flooring from them. I shopped lowes, home depot, red barn, etc. Their prices were significantly lower. Family run business. Sometimes they are slammed with customers, but most of the time excellent prompt service. They also have carpet layers for the best price and do an excellent job as scheduled.

I work at this place and love it good attitude people always willing to help you out. If your a contractor is good store to take your customers and get them a good price. You could find all your flooring carpet vynil laminate hardwood planking all in one place.

Today I purchased vinyl flooring from Inland Pacific Flooring and am amazed at the quality and the price- it was almost 1/2 what the big box store quoted me! Their customer service is outstanding and I will be recommending them to family and friends every chance I get!

We purchased a 20-year old home which had the original carpets in it. So began the search for high quality carpet at a low price. We got a bid from Lowe's and an independent carpet guy. They were both at $4,500 for 2 bedrooms to be carpeted (including installation). Went to Inland Pacific Flooring and found the same carpet for $3,000 (including installation).

The service we received was way above and beyond the other places. The installers were wonderful. They make sure you are getting the best deal possible and they make the entire process much easier than everyone else (just gave them the measurements of our rooms). We even got laminate flooring (that looks and feels like real wood) for far less money for another area of our house. The laminate is much better than what they sell elsewhere. I highly recommend this place. You have to check them out when doing any remodeling/redecorating.

I moved to Spokane in 2008 and needed carpet for our new house. We were sent to Carpet 1 by a neighbor for a quote for 240 yds of fairly high end carpet. ( 15,200 ) Another neighbor suggested Great Floors.
