Mega Kitchen and Bath

Vincent and his team were outstanding. They started my renovation on time as scheduled and finished on time as expected. They kept my condo clean and were easy to work with. I hired him to do a complete bathroom renovation, and it was a success! Vincent is exceedingly knowledgeable and provided terrific ideas and pointers. I strongly recommend it!

On the surface everything looks good, but the reality is they do NOT used Licensed professionals to do their work. They are a dishonest company. We did our kitchen and laundry room and had major plumbing issues after they left. They also mismeasured our fridge, which results in our fridge hitting the wall every time we open. The function aspect in our kitchen and laundry room is so poor.

They do not educate you on your decisions, which is a major red flag as you hire a company to help you with your vision and advise you with what is logigistical. They expected us to be experts when something went wrong and blamed us for mistakes that were clearly theirs. The contract manager came 3x the whole project and clearly does not oversee his workers.

We had to get WSSC involved which helped us resolve the issue after they refused to acknowledge their error for over a month. We found out they used an unlicensed plumber. Their workers also peed in our backyard, which we would have gladly let them use our restroom. To get them to fix their mistake was a nightmare. Negotiations were a nightmare. At the end we got a little money back to make the situation a little better.

They did not pay for the sink they damaged which resulted in us loosing $800. We lost all trust and respect for the company. I can NEVER recommend this company as they are truly dishonest and just seeking ways to make you pay more.

Our kitchen looks amazing! We appreciated Kat's help with the design and Ibrahim is very personable and easy to communicate with.

It was an expensive project for us but we appreciated using MEGA Kitchen and Bath as our remodeler. It was an amazing to see all the work was done in 2 week! My husband and I purchased a new kitchen and two bathrooms from Mega Kitchen and Bath and the whole process was such a wonderful experience. Our designer Laissa is an expert in the industry and a pleasure to work with. The cabinet installers were professional and extremely neat throughout the process. I absolutely love the Mega showroom. It has almost everything you need for doing a complete kitchen makeover.

I was able to pick out my cabinets, hardware, sinks and faucets in all in one place. What really gave me reason to give them five stars is Mega stands behind their product. I had a minor problem with the finish on a couple of the cabinets and Mega kitchen and bath took care of it without hesitation. We love our kitchen! Thank you Laissa and your team.

Mega Kitchen bath is a reliable and credible company. I hired them to do some work on my home and am more than satisfied with the results. They return every phone call and email and truly make your business priority. Their team does quality work and cleans up their work area every day. Ibrahim was our project leader and he made sure we were always happy with the progress. Ibrahim delivers whatever he promises. I highly recommend their services. Great work!

Mega completed two separate jobs for me at my home. The first was a complete remodel of the first level of my home where everything was completely redone including hardwood floors, cabinets and countertops and knocking down walls to reconfigure my kitchen. I was extremely satisfied with the job they did. They were able to do everything I asked them to do including custom shelving inside my lower cabinets so I could use 100% of the under countertop space.

They even custom designed that area to include a wine chiller. The second project was a complete remodel of my bathroom on the upper level. Mega worked with the vision I had for redesigning my master bath and facilitated my ordering of unique fixtures that they didn't have in their inventory. My master bath is one of a kind and truly is a European Spa!

The transformation was amazing! They were even able to convert my traditional entry door to the bathroom to a pocket door, modeled after one I had seen at a vacation suite. This team is so competent and so professional and I'm convinced there's no project they can't complete. I couldn't have been happier with all of the work they did. I highly recommend especially if you have discerning taste and want something unique and exquisite!

As a design build outfit. they did a great job in delivering what we wanted to our satisfaction and specifications. It was always about quality not quantity. Kat + Ibrahim team did a great job in pulling and steering the job towards completion. Certainly would use them again.

We absolutely love our new bathroom and powder room. We had a total gut job on both rooms. Kat the designer was fabulous; she in no way pushed any particular brands or items, but guided us in making smart choices, using her knowledge and expertise to steer us away from choices we may later regret. Kat also kept us within our budget. Ibrahim, the project manager was extremely responsive throughout the project; answering all my questions and concerns.

He'd be on site regularly to see how the project was going. David, the in house contractor was great, worked efficiently and was very detail oriented. Great company and great value for money. We had shopped around quite a bit and felt very comfortable with the Mega Bath team. Look forward to hopefully upgrading our kitchen soon.

After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day.

Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. I would recommend Mega Kitchen and Bath in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong.

"Kat, the designer, and Ibrahim, the project manager, were great to work with". I am extremely happy with the remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. The crew was clean and left the house with minimal clean up work or me o do. They also hauled away all the waste materials which was a great help. From beginning to end the project went smoothly. They are communicative and responsive. I would use them again in the future.

We recently brought in Mega on a friend's recommendation to renovate our basement bathroom and do a few other updates (removing unwanted built-ins, replacing carpet, etc) in our basement, and couldn't be happier with the job they did. From the initial estimate to the final touch-ups, Katherine, Ibrahim, and their whole crew were so responsive, efficient, and capable.

As others have noted, Katherine was incredibly helpful and patient during the design phase, working with us in the showroom until after closing on Christmas Eve Eve to select materials and offering recommendations that helped allay our usual panic/overwhelm where home renovations are concerned. Ibrahim and his crew were prompt, friendly, and always responsive to our questions and requests as the project advanced -- and did amazing work quickly. We're thrilled with the finished product and will definitely call them again when we're ready for the next remodel.

So glad I found mega kitchens they are certainly one of the best remodelers in the area. Kathrine Bradshaw was our designer. She was professional and personable working through every detail of our bathroom remodle beginning to end. Install went like clock work the team arriving on time always predictable cleaning up each day. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend. They are deserving of this 5 star rating.

I'm at the end of a four-month, whole-house renovation done by Mega, and I really couldn't be happier with them. From the very beginning, they were among the most professional, courteous, responsive, thoughtful contractors I met - and I met a LOT of contractors. Sever helped me with design, and Ibrahim was my project manager. Both were excellent, as was the wonderful crew who came daily.

There were so many times when they went above and beyond, coming up with solutions before I even knew there were problems. There were hiccups and changes, as there are in any project, but I never doubted that the Mega team was going to do right by me. I'd highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that I am one of those people who has very little patience for organizing and would much rather pay someone to take care of all the details. And I have the decorating sense of a loaf of raisin bread. Good thing I found Mega Kitchen and Bath! I needed my bathrooms totally redone.floor to ceiling. I first met with designer Katherine Bradshaw who patently showed me options.

She patiently listened and focused on what I wanted. She kept my budget in mind and didn't try to up sell me. We picked out tiles for the floor, shower stall walls and floor and paint. She helped me pick out cabinets and hardware.all the stuff I never would have thought of on my own. When it came time to get to work, the project manager was Ibrahim Zirekoglu.

He handled the flooring guys, plumber, electrician, painters and installers. When little things needed tweaking or changed (like I decided I wanted new toilets instead of the old ones), it was never an issue. He was supremely patient with my questions and requests. I like to think I didn't ask very many questions. But I did. I really did. Both bathrooms look great! Katherine and Ibrahim were top notch. The pricing was fair and the customer service excellent.

Mega Kitchen and Bath did an awesome job! They were quick to respond to my request and gave me a good quote. The consulting team was great. They helped me plan everything and gave great advice. The crew was punctual and detailed. They cleaned up after the workday to keep my house as clean as possible. Ibrahim is professional and gave great solutions to all of our problems. I would absolutely recommend Mega Kitchen and Bath to anyone that needs remodeling.

The job was for a bathroom remodel that involved new tile and a backsplash for the sink. The guy --whoops--forgot to install the backsplash and instead just tiled over the spot and then said it was too late. Crappy service.

Kat and Ibrahim responded very quickly for my request for an estimate to redo my kitchen and small bathroom. I wanted to replace my countertops, cabinets, remove soffits, install shelves in two pantries, replace wall tiles and paint the entire area. I also wanted the small bathroom gutted and all new items. I called and talked to four other companies for an estimate.

I found that Mega Kitchen provided the most reasonable cost for the work. Also, Ibrahim identified a design solution to place our refrigerator in an area that was less crowded. Other design companies I met with took a very long time to provide a solution that I did not feel would work. Ibrahim provided an excellent solution after less than 5 minutes of discussing the issue.

We have some other design decisions that we need to make before moving forward, so we are postponing the work for now. However, I believe that Mega Kitchen and Bath provided a good estimate and consultation, compared with the other companies I contacted. Kat and Ibrahim were very professional and timely in responding to our additional questions. They provide wonderful design ideas and are obviously very good at what they do!

They consulted with us about granite options, measured and gave us a an estimate, and installed the countertop, backsplash, and under mount sink within two weeks and they would have completed the project in one week, but we took a week to make our decisions. Very well! Emre was attentive and thorough. The countertop installers and plumber were professional, prompt and tidy. We are very happy.

Installed new tile, lighting, and mirror in bathroom. Items ordered came in on time. Once work started, it moved without delays and the entire team was punctual and very professional. Work area was covered to protect my floors; they removed all debris and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Showroom is great. But over all I just wasted time having someone scheduled to come to my house for specs and measurements. They promised to send me designs and quotes with in 2-3 days and still haven't gotten it yet. No calls or emails. Very unprofessional. Thank God I haven't signed or given them any down payment.

BEWARE of these folks. They are legit the most unethical and unqualified folks Ive ever come across. They have a ton of perfect reviews on Angies list which is why I felt comfortable contracting them. Guess again; DO NOT be fooled by the prettyshowroom. Ibrahim and Emre are disrespectful and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you off the phone or out of their inbox.

That is if they respond at all. The project started late and quotes that were given before the project quickly quadrupled. My cabinet doors were damaged and after trying to be reasonable about a replacement and getting no response, I requested to have the doors replaced. Because of this I was told this iwas the reason the project was delayed from the projected 3 weeks to almost 8!

I was accused of stealing materials out of my own house AND I was threatened in my own home by Emre the "Manager" not Ibrahim who is actually the "Designer". NOT the manager as listed on this page. The crew showed up when they felt like it. There was never a normal 9-5 schedule M-F to get the job done on time. They came maybe 2-3 times a week and for a few hours at a time.

I know this because myself or someone else was in the home when they didnt expect anyone to be there. My front door was left wide open and unlocked numerous times. They left my bathroom with urine all over the toilet and the floor. They disposed of what i think was white plaster in an area of my FRONT yard that I share with my neighbor and left large bags of trash and demo debris in front of my house for days at a time.

The whole project was RIDICULOUS! I have countless emails and text messages with conflicting information or straight up lies. For example, I asked was there a reason that after the design for the backsplash was confirmed for the THIRD time why it wasnt completed, Ibrahim wrote back, "not really." Any request for updates were always met with, "we'll get back to you" and of course unless I pestured them, they never got back to me.

Police and a lawyer were called. and insult to injury, after they finally finish the project with things on the punchlist STILL not completed, half of my outlets that they messed with do NOT work and my dishwasher that they installed does not work correctly. These people are a joke. Safe yourself the drama and headache. Pay a little more and go with someone else. I couldve actually paid someone less and got the job done in half the time. NOT WORTH IT!

They did my bathroom and I'm in love with the results! Their staff were very friendly and patient during the whole process. Mega Kitchen and Bath remodeled my bathroom completely, from space planning, to demolition, to construction. I loved the fact that you could just go to their showroom and finalize all the finishes there instead of having to go to different places to order everything.

The designer was very patient with my indecisiveness and gave me the advice I needed during the whole process. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Construction stage went smoothly and all minor issues were solved quickly and under my consent. I definitely recommend this company for anyone new to remodeling and who needs expert help on this topic.

The showroom is huge and very comprehensive. I got some great ideas for my bathroom remodel just walking around looking at tile and fixtures. Helpful staff and I'm looking forward to returning to speak with a designer when I have more time.

We recently used Mega Kitchen and Bath to remodel our kitchen. We are very happy with our new Kitchen Cabinets. As far as I am concerned, it was a pretty big job between demo, new cabinets in existing and new locations.
