On Time Electric

A big thank you to On Time Electric. We purchased a home built in 1949 and had an inspection report with 10+ pages of electrical items to fix. John and his team methodically and professionally moved through our punch list and provided knowledgeable advice throughout the process. It's also great to be able to trust that the job was done right!

Cesar was very friendly and thoroughly checked out of all my concerns. He explained what was needed clearly and his recommendations were very helpful. The work was completed very quickly and price was very fair in comparison to competitors. I will be most definitely use again and recommend to all neighbors.

Saul the electrician came on time. Found the problem in a burned outlet instead of the breaker box as I thought. Fixed it quickly. The pricing was very reasonable for the work that was done. This is my 4th call over the years and we will continue to use them.

FYI - For Austin metro, they're not accepting any more appointments until June 2019. Not going to dock them stars because of it, but figured I'd save people the time to call them,

I was initially put off by the phone call that I made to inquire about service; I was placed on hold 7 times why the receptionist gathered information from me, then the line was cut and I didn't have time to answer the call back until much later. The guys arrived on time. They were friendly, professional and explained what they were doing as they worked through troubleshooting my ceiling fan that some other company installed. They went over the quoted time due to the complexity of the problem, however, they honored their original quote.

Refreshingly professional and personable. Without question Larry was outstanding. He was honest with me, and he made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was happy he didn't pressure me at all to hire him.

On Time Electric came out to our rental property in Seabrook. They did such a great job.we bough the company! True story.

Worst service ever. "Not On Time, " or "Not At All" is more like it. Do not consider using them. Had a furnace breaker go out, called On Time Electric on a Friday and they set an appointment window of 8am-10am on Saturday. Saturday at 10am they haven't shown or called. I called their service at 10am, they didn't have a record of my appointment for some reason, but said it was probably in another system.

I called their service every half hour from 10am to 5pm, asking if anyone was going to show up. They said that they paged the on-call electrician (two of them), and the electrician was supposed to call me. They never did. After my sixth call the service escalated to the manager, on the 7th call they said they couldn't get in touch with him. No one ever called me back.

I spent Saturday afternoon calling about a dozen other electricians in the area, finally got in touch with a real person (i.e. not voice mail) at AMP UP Electric. Andrew from AMP UP came out to the house that evening and replaced the breakers and checked out the rest of the subpanel. He was awesome. Don't waste your time with On Time Electric. They will only waste your time.

I really liked the flat rate pricing.no selling pressure, no surprises. And, the Service Tech was not on commission so I knew the price was fair.

First time to call an electrician. Beau, the On Time Tech was right on time, gave me a fixed price for the lights and was done in 2 hours. He even cleaned up after! I felt comfortable with On Time Electric and will recommend them anytime.

Only needed a very small bit of work done (under $200), so I gave them a shot. They showed up on time, were happy for the work and proved to be very professional. We use them for all of our work now!
