I could not be happier with our experience! Our salesman Brandon was so easy to work with - he's very knowledgeable about all of the products Windows Direct offers without being a pushy, overbearing salesperson. I love that the price we were quoted stayed the same, unlike many other companies whose price increased every day that we didn't sign on the dotted line.

Our installation team was also fantastic to work with - James, Matt and Chris were friendly, professional and courteous. They worked quickly on a hot day to get the windows swapped out while keeping the house at a comfortable temperature the whole time. They cleaned up their work areas inside and didn't even disturb the landscaping around their work areas outside.

I truly could not have asked for an easier and more stress-free project for something as big as a whole house of new windows. I'll use and recommend Windows Direct of Cincinnati at every opportunity. Thanks so much for a job well done!

They met the price I wanted. They did a clean and very professional install. We had them install 25 windows into our house that was built in the 1880s. It is not that I am happy with the windows. I love them. Yet, our house is very happy with the new windows, and the ghost in the basement seems to be gone! Finally, our typical gas and electric bill dropped by 2/3. They are a definite recommendation from me.

Met with a couple window companies and decided to go with Windows Direct of Cincinnati. Frankie, the sales rep, was very professional, presented all the facts about their windows and how they compare to their competitors, and did it all without being pushy. Pricing was good and the quality of the windows seem top notch. Can't beat the life time warranty that is transferable and they also offer good payment terms. Would highly recommend working with Frankie and Windows Direct. Have install scheduled so will update after installation.

I see a lot of GREAT reviews and sadly, I wish we had this experience with this company. This was very costly and the job that was done, is just a mess. Caulk all over the place and the company did contact us back in regards to this but I thought I'd share some of the pictures of the experience my husband and I had. You would have to look Jonathan Gibson up to find this account, but at this time we have contractors remodeling so we will have to wait to have someone come and look at this. After a lengthy wait due to material delays that Windows Direct had no control over, I finally got a magnificent walk in shower. Working with Bradley (the installation manager) everything began to fall in place without hesitation. He was always available to answer questions and see to it that I received first class service and a superior produce in a timely manner once material became available.

I originally went with window planet due to price and not being in my forever home. That was a disaster! Brandon came out to my house several times to give me quotes and was super patient and didn't push anything on me. When he came out the last time when I finally switched from window planet to Windows Direct he did everything he could to help me out and speed up the process.

He's been great working with so far and I'll finally get windows now after waiting 8 months and getting the run around at window planet! Highly recommend Brandon. He's been very professional and reliable.

We could not be happier with our new windows! The staff at Windows Direct was friendly, helpful, and our salesman, Brandon did an awesome job explaining everything to us. The install crew led by Marty was extremely professional, and very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job of making sure my home wasn't torn up while they worked. Best of all, my windows are gorgeous! My neighbor, himself a contractor has already contacted them to do windows at his home. I would highly recommend this company!

Installed 9 windows yesterday.from the time we ordered through installation everyone at the company was very professional. Kept us apprised of the status on the windows entire time. Emily was great pre and post installation. James and James were our installers.awesome job VERY professional. Couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently the installation went. Cleaned up so good couldn't tell they were there. Replaced old wood pulley windows WOW the new ones are beautiful! Thank you so much. Job well done, great product.

I put off getting windows for three years until I found Windows Direct. I was weary of sales people who were unable to provide me with an extraordinary window, nor did most even know much about windows.

Holy moley! How do I describe this experience? Perfect! Bought windows for the Florida Room on my camper. Chris worked hard to find just the perfect window, and the job turned out great! It's common to have a good experience with the salesman, but once they've got your signature, all of a sudden the vendor becomes harder to get in touch with.

From the low pressure estimate from Chris to the professional installation Windows Direct of Cincinnati deserves 10 stars not 5. The windows are great and I can't say enough good things about the install crew.
