Everyone that I have met from 1st Response has been incredibly great! I am very happy with our service!

Location: kingpins Beaverton I was unable to go home last night, came to kingpins looking for my friend to help me. One of your employees found me and threatened to call the cops, didn't believe anything I said constantly calling me a liar, and didn't offer any help when I told him what was wrong. I'll give you two stars instead of one because I don't think the actions of one employee not knowing what empathy is should impact the entire company, but I do want to make sure you see this.

Grant did an excellent install. Amber is efficient, responsive, and available. Love my new phone app that manages both our home and office. Wish I would've purchased a camera for the door bell for our home.

I really like the folks at First Response. They provide great service and I just upgraded both the office and home to digital and have dropped the analog phone lines. Grant handled the install. He was professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for your security needs.

We had recently bought the business (Shears Ahead) from the previous owner, and we needed to get our Fire extinguishers certified. Aaron Smith called us during the 'Shut down caused by COVID-19, and offered to meet us at the business ANYTIME to take care of our needs. He was very cordial, and professional, and understood the financial hit we hat taken due to the shutdown, and made special arrangements with us, so we could get the work done, and be in compliance with the Oregon's requirements, which we were very happy about.

He corresponded with us for quite some time, and was so professional, kind and patient with our needs at that time. He went way out of his way to do things NOBODY else would ever be wiling to do. I can't say enough about this representative of his company FIRST RESPONSE SECURITY. We will always be a loyal customer, and would never use anybody else at this point.

He was informative, and knew the business very well, after having spent 19 years at that company alone. I would strongly encourage anybody in the greater Portland metro area, to take advantage of his knowledge base, professionalism, pricing & patience. Our company hired First Response for a hands-on fire extinguisher training for our 40 corporate employees. They brought flames & extinguishers, very cool (and informative). I recommend this to anyone who may have the need to use a fire extinguisher (so everyone!) because you don't know what it is like until you try it. We were thrilled to have them train us and we will have a better employee response in time of emergency because of the training. THANKS! Planning on this to be an annual training event.

We contacted First Response and spoke with Aaron after a fire department inspection of our property. We needed to replace all of our fire extinguishers and boxes. Within an hour, we had an email with the quote and were able to get it approved for delivery the following week! I could feel Aaron's desire to help via the email just in the way he kept me updated and seemed so upbeat and happy to ensure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. I have worked with Chip before during yearly extinguisher charges and he is just as friendly and helpful. Thank you!

- (Access Control) First Response has been great to work with in the capacity of both installation and customer service. Their responsive actions towards last minute service checks to new order deliveries were great. We used them multiple times for projects as we changed out our old security systems.

- (Security Conversion) Mike was very pleased with the effective approach on our installation and quick take over of ADT equipment. The keypad is easy to operate and the employees seem to like the operation of the system. He would recommend First Response to his vendors and friends.
