We have appreciated excellent service from Emerald Cut at our business for many years. We also have celebrated awards from the city for a beautiful lawn and landscape. Highly recommend this company.

I wish I would have achieved reviews first but I did not. I hired this company to do my grandparents lawn and they are very particular and temperamental about their lawn. I was assured that services would be taken care of exactly to the way they wanted it done. I get a call from my grandparents that they did not do what they wanted and for me to cancel them ASAP.

I contacted the office and was assured that it was done to their specifications and I offered up video that it was not. They took down my info to call me back. The manager/owner I think gave me a call and said they would take off $7 for the cut. He went on the let me know about the hourly rates to take up leaves. I would like them to save me the time and go back I to correct the issue. They have been very friendly and responsive during this issue.

Emerald Cut has handled the landscaping for my home and businesses for several years. They do a really great job and always get solid value. Very professional.

Emerald Cut did a good job trimming trees on a VERY steep escarpment. Professional crew, supervisor and office personnel. This was a big day-long job with lots of climbing and difficult cleanup through thorny brush on the hill. Emerald Cut is typically more expensive, maybe because they have higher overhead costs, but on this occasion I was very happy with their quote.

They worked a bit longer than they expected but honored the original quote without any argument. They originally said Monday of the following week, but they had some time at day's end Thursday and finished on Friday. I guess they had a cancellation. I wasn't in a hurry, but it was nice to have it all done several days sooner than expected. I see the lawns Emerald Cut maintains in the neighborhood, and I've never seen or heard anything negative.

Overall Emerald Cut does a decent job for lawn care. However, the service level is low as it relates to when you have issues with your lawn, they are responsive on their terms, not yours or they feel they can make whichever customers priority over others. NOT acceptable when you spend money with this company and this is how they act. The crew differs each time they service your lawn and this allows for mistakes to be made.

A regular crew would know exactly what to do with your lawn and how to maintain based on routine services. Also, if you are on a routine schedule, they may or may not come on that day. It may take a few days before they will come out. Sometimes you have to request things to be done more than once because the front lady who answers the phone may not remember to put you on the schedule. Again, UNACCEPTABLE! Also, if your grass grows too high because of mother nature, you get charged for it. UNACCEPTABLE! Do yourself a favor, and mow right pass this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I try my best to support small businesses but some of them just aren't worth it I hired these guys to do a core aeration they chose to to do a spike aeration and when I called to ask why the guy told me that spike aeration is better than core despite me telling him what experts in the field such as Neil Sperry have published about the two forms he said there was no difference at that point I knew these guys are just landscapers and not professionals in the field of lawn care I told him I was not happy with my service and he offer no recourse I'm glad I had them do this first because I was going to use them to re-sod two properties but I see they probably wouldn't do that right either

Emerald Cut has done our lawn for several years. Recently when we needed a large dead tree removed, they came and took care of it within 24 hours of my call. They always clean up after themselves and are happy to do extra things that we need done. I highly recommend them! Bobby Hill

We have used Emerald Cut Lawn for many years. We have the full service where they do everything but water. With my work travel schedule, I no longer have to spend the weekends catching up on yard work. They do the mowing, trimming, fertilizing, pulling weeds, just everything. Our yard always looks great and they take care of any issues. They've also helped us with extra services like putting out mulch, replacing dead plants, putting out gravel, delivery of large landscape rocks.

If you can think of it, they can do it! Ernesto has been our primary contact there and he's always available and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for their full service offerings.

Emerald Cut Lawn and Landscape has been taking care of my yard for at least ten years. They do regular maintenance weekly during the warm months and will do special jobs from time to time like planting flowers, repairing my sprinkler system as needed, fertilizing. The workers come like clockwork as I have requested always leaving everything neat and clean. They never leave grass in the street or sticks in my yard. I have always been able to trust the workers and the company to do a great job.
