The place is kind of gross and Anna H. Was one of the most unprofessional/unorganized people I have come across.

All floor guys do not send your customers here. Not that it worked but they will try to take your customers from you. You can price their low quality flooring and high prices anywhere in comparison. A professional would not need to work for a store anyway they would do it themselves as professionals.

This is a great place for flooring! The sales people there are so knowledgeable and helpful. Anna was amazing to work with and was so patient as I picked out LVP and carpet to re-do my entire home. The installers were quick and efficient and it turned out great! I highly recommend them!

As a new resident of the Bartow/Lakeland area, I was looking for a reliable and reasonable place to purchase several floorings for my new house. After visiting MANY stores, we happened upon Galloway's Flooring Warehouse. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted. The selection was huge and the prices great! We ordered custom cut and bound area rugs that came out beautifully!

When delivered, the delivery people were very patient moving the rugs until I was satisfied. Later, we went back for wood looking tile to replace wall-to-wall carpeting in our bedroom. We wanted to match the tile in the rest of our house, including the master en-suite. They had a perfect match. Again, the prices were great! The installers were terrific!

The process was messy, but they cleaned up leaving the area perfect. The installation was seamless. It looks as if the tile was always there. Everything about dealing with this company is wonderful. We deal with Becky who is kind and very patient with my indecisions. She makes wonderful suggestions that are always 'right on.' Need flooring, this is your place!

We went there first to see what they had and ended up buying our carpet from there. The sales person was great and attentive to the budget and length we needed. It wasnt as expensive as we thought either. She made us happy with the carpet we bought.

I've been doing business with Galloway for years. They have a great selection of flooring and in-stock remnant pieces that work out great for my rental properties.

We'd used Galloway's Flooring Warehouse several times for carpet, but we recently used them to put tile in one room. During the planning stages they were very patient with me. Their patience was helpful because there were some difficult decisions to make. We had a little problem with the installation that they very quickly rectified.

The people at Galloway's Flooring Warehouse were very knowledgeable, and working with them was a very comfortable experience. It was very different from using a big home improvement store. It was our first time with them, and they made it personal. They have a very clean store. It doesn't look like a warehouse.

Everyone at Galloway's Flooring is really helpful. Since they were so knowledgeable and accommodating with helping us pick out products, we hired them to install new hardwood flooring for two rooms in our home. They were reasonably priced and the crew that arrived was tidy, friendly, and experienced. The floors look stunning.
