We have had Eco Clean 4U service's for over a year now. We love their flexibility for our changing schedule. They do a great job cleaning. We have two children and they are very messy!. The clean is done very thoroughly and professionally. We are so happy we found out about Eco Clean 4U.It is a wonderful service!

I purchased a Groupon a few months back knowing that I would need services for a huge work party I was having on 1/16. I called several times and left messages. I did received 1 message back. I then called again. After leaving several messages, I finally left a message stating that I need someone to clean before the 16th. When she finally called me back Monday (4 days before the big day) she stated that they were all booked up and had been for a few weeks.
I felt that if they did return messages or had someone working their phone, I would have had it booked. Oh my the story gets better. I told her never mind, I will go with another housekeeper (one that I have used in the past). We hung up, but a few minutes later, she called back and offered Thursday at 9am. I said fine. That morning, last Thursday, on my way into work, I got a call from her at 8:45 am, stating that there is a problem with the housekeepers and they needed to cancel.
She offered me Monday, NO! I specifically asked to have it done before Sat. She offered Friday, but I had made arrangements for my husband to let them in and my kids to not be home. Whew, So she called me back again and asked if they can come at 11:30 instead, even after my husband took off from work to make this 9:00 originally appointment work. After all this, They only cleaned my kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
No vacuuming, no dusting. That's it. My husband said that he could have done those things in about 1 hour by himself! I was so frustrated, so that night about 9pm, I texted my original house keeper and had her do an emergency visit the next day to finish what Eco Clean 4u did not do. In the end, it ended up costing me more. I left 2 messages to them asking to talk to someone to make this right. But, of course, no call back!
I am in the customer service industry, and have used Groupon before. This marketing style is used to help gain more customers in hopes that they continue to use you. Maybe Eco Clean doesn't understand this. They need someone on the phones when the office says it's open and they need to return calls. And more importantly, they should make it right with their unhappy customers.
I understand that mistakes happen and things aren't always perfect, but your customers are the companies bloodline! Without use, you would have no business. I am an operations manager of a large professional business, and this experience really disappointed me. I hope that they change things around and do the right thing. It sounds like that there are some other unhappy customers out there too. Eco Clean 4u.do the right thing!

I had the same thing happen to me! The cleaners were late and no one called to inform me! That's TERRIBLE customer service! My time is valuable! There were 3 cleaners for one hour of cleaning. After they left, the trash cans were not emptied in any of the rooms, the kitchen table and counter was not wiped! The bedroom was not dusted (which I said was my biggest priority!) and the shower chrome door was dirty and not wiped off! My home is only one bedroom, one office and one bathroom, so what did they do the whole hour? NOT A HELL OF A LOT!
