Great Service! I called DR Appliance today - Sunday - and was surprised to actually talk with a person, as I intended to leave a message for someone to call me back on Monday. Mike took my call at 10:10am and said he could come to my house today - did I mention that it is Sunday? - and take a look at my broken washer between 11am and 1pm. He showed up at 11:30!

Clean-Fast-Reliable. I've used Michael to fix my appliances for the past couple of years (a dryer, the oven and the ice maker). He responds to the call within a couple of hours. He is reasonably priced (I had another quote that was $70 more). His work is clean and fast. He has the parts in his vehicle.
