I had a roof that was leaking and needed replacing so after a google search I found Big Three Construction and called them. Ian came out to my house and gave me an estimate. I was so happy with the price and we signed a contract. They started the day after and were done 4 days later. They pulled the permits from the city for me and I wasn't even there.

I have had 3 major projects done to my house over the last 5 years. First we added a master bedroom and converted the old master bedroom into a walk-in closet and master bath. Our experience with the contractor we used for that project (NOT Big 3) was just ok.

Big3 added a bathroom to my bedroom. Now we have an amazing master bedroom. They used environment-friendly materials that are low maintenance which is good for me. And added features for my husband who is disabled. Now we can both use the bathroom comfortably and he can finally be independent in the shower. We just loved the whole experience.
