I am very disappointed with this company; very dishonest. I had a tech come out and review the issue and it would have cost close to $300 to a move a few wires around on the unit. My wife was with them and couldn't see what he was doing but we decided not to use them because $280/$250 down to $220 is a lot to move a wire or two into the proper position.
Also prior to this company come out the heater worked but only for 10 minutes and then stop. When I had gone home and turn the system on the heater did not turn at all; so I was puzzled. I went up to look and remover the cover to see the wires was detached from the system and seemed the wired was shorter than before. I took pictures of the unit before they came out.
I would not use this company if it was the last one on earth. Bad business practice and price was very high. I did go with another company and they charge me $120 to rewire and replace a fuse. Again don't consider using this company and if you do record the before and after so you have a record and peace of mind. Just horrible to cut the wire off the unit.

UPDATE We ended up needing them again (to look at something I'd asked them to look at the LAST time and they just wouldn't?). Time they said they'd show up = Around 4pm. Time they actually showed up = 8:30 at night! Come on! And I am still CURRENTLY waiting for someone that said they'd be here @11am today to finish the job they started last night. It's 4pm and 102 degrees out.

Without doubt the worst company I have ever encountered in my 20 years of living here! Short explanation. Actually its long They were hired by my now fired Home Warranty company Total Protect to mend my brokenAir conditioner last August when it was115 degrees. After a month of back and forth constantly between the warranty company eventually Snow frosty did an evaluation and got the air compressor part and installed it.
One day later it stopped working. Then it appeared it needed an Evaporator Coil now. So after waiting another month Snow Frosty put in the part. Two months without anAirConditioer! I then requested the City of Las Vegas come out and inspect their work was up To code! No it failed code. They came out supposedly fixed the leaks and other issues in their installment.
I then asked Snow Frosty company name of manager Daniel Ibarra to call the City of Las Vegas code Inspector to come back so the system would pass the code AND we would know all work was done correctly and up to Code. But No after months of calling the Manager at Snow frosty the response was Ok ill call the City today Yes Im going down there today and then telling me he set up an appt on December17th 2019 I waited homeAll day No One came I called the City no appt was scheduled.
Another lie! So as of now we have fired TotalProtect after12 years a customer. We will never use Snow Frosty again. We are looking for an Honest Licensed Company to check our system before it gets hot! Please advise Stay Far Away from the above mentioned companies.

Oh my goodness. Never. Ever. Ever. I had the misfortune of being assigned this company by my home warranty company. Upon calling I received a Sunday appointment -- great. I called Sunday morning to ensure I would receive a call prior to the technician arriving in order to settle my pups. And mayhem ensued. I could not speak a complete sentence without being interrupted.
I was accused of being passive aggressive. I wish I could encapsulate the entire conversation here but it was insanity. I spoke to a representative named "Gabriela" and a supervisor named "Daniel" -- their voices were identical. IDENTICAL. I am so fortunate that the "supervisor" canceled my appointment. Whewwww. Bullet dodge with this company. And I'm thankful that I recorded my interactions with the "supervisor." Save yourself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Best wishes!

My home owners warranty company assigned Snow Frosty to do a service on my moms place. They came over and saw that the heat pump needed to be replaced. That was fine. What made matters worse was when the HOA hired a roofing company to treat the roof, they went overboard and sprayed their roofing material on the stand of the heat pump and duct work.
I asked if they would send me pictures. So I could fight my useless hoa to fix the problem. I waited for some sort of email reply. Instead they just closed out the contract without word one. The only reason why I found out was when my warranty company reassigned my contract to another HVAC company.

WORST COMPANY EVER! They were a No call no show TWICE! Very unprofessional, ZERO customer service care, the manager was not helpful at all. They kept my mom's deductible that was required from the warranty company and did ZERO work but claimed to have done some work, which is FLASE! I will be reporting you guys to the BBB and blast this all over social media so no one else wastes their money and time with you guys!

After a bit of confusion with the home warranty company giving wrong information on scheduling I called Snow Frosty myself on a Friday night after 7. They answered and said they would come out on Saturday because I explained my parents are elderly. When they showed up it took all of 5 minuets to figure out that the thermostat batteries died. They changed them and did not charge the $125 service fee which was a huge deal to my parents who are on a fixed income. Thank you for your kindness!

This is the worst company to deal with. If you want to save yourself a lot of frustrations, headaches, anxiety, stress, and your sanity; do not even try to contract with this company. Daniel is the main customer service manager snd coordinator. My Air-conditioner went down during the 108 degree weather in Las Vegas. It was decided that we have to replace the whole unit. 1.
A portable Air-conditioner was promised and I waited for two days in 98 f temperature inside my condo and the promised portable Airconditioner never came. 2. The unit was replaced after 5 days of waiting. After all is done, the unit was leaking. The technician came after one day. 3. The unit cover in the ceiling is not replaced because they said they have to get another contractor for dry wall.
After 4 days and many promises the cover and drywall contractor never arrived. 4. The thermostat is not working since it was repaired so it is freezing 66 degrees inside the home without any temperature control. After 6 frustrating calls to Daniel everyday and promises of a technician to fix the thermostat for 4 days, The promises and commitments were all Lies.
Do not experience these treatment and horrible and terrifying experiences. Save yourself the mental harm and anguish. Please read reviews before ever committing your money and time and save yourself a lot of trouble. Thank you. Daniel the Owner is covering his horrible service and customer courtesy by citing I am only a suffering tenant and cannot express my terrifying experiences and his unprofessionalism.
I can also file a complaint with better business bureau. Just read all the 1 Star reviews. This company really deserves a 0 star but since I have to give them something I will give them a 1. My home warranty had this company coming out to my home on Sunday between 11-3pm.waited all day and then at 2:45p I called and was told that my warranty company shouldn't have scheduled me for a Sunday appt, but that they had to reschedule me to a later time. my new time was now 4-8pm.
And hour later the manager called me and said that the technician was behind 2hrs which now meant that my new appt was 9-10pm. WHAT! so I said can we just reschedule for another day. The manager said yes ma'am how about tomorrow? He said I would be the first appointment of the day, first thing in the morning. Took the morning off of work and everything, waited until 11:45am at which point I called my home warranty to reassign my work order with someone else. Don't be a fool and wait around like I did. Plenty of companies out here in Vegas that actually want the business.

I was originally referred to this company by my home warranty company. The technician arrived on time and was quickly able to evaluate the problem with my A/C unit. To make a long story short, after having a ridiculous experience with the warranty company and waiting several weeks for them to complete the claim for the repair, I canceled the warranty service.
I then made arrangements for this company to install and upgrade my compressor unit with an appointment for the following day. They arrived EARLIER than the actual appointment time and completed the job in an exceptionally timely fashion. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. I admit, I was a bit apprehensive when I read some of the reviews, but every case is different and no one can please everyone. For my situation, I am very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend this company.

Since someone just voted on my review, I just read the owners comment to my original review. In Nevada it is a felony offense to record any telephone communications without the consent of both parties (no one told me I was being recording when I called this company). So either you're lying that you were able to review the call, or you are breaking the law. Either way it's not a good look.

My AC recently went out and I contacted my home owners warranty they referred me to Snow Frosty to complete the repair from start to finish I dealt with Daniel in the office and he was 100% professional and courteous and sympathetic to the fact that I didn't have AC in my home. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, when he said the technician was going to be there, the technician showed up they did exactly what they were supposed to do no hidden charges, very upfront and transparent I would 100% recommend this company and I will definitely use them again in the future if needed. Thank you Daniel for being understanding and putting up with my frustrations, you made this process easier for me and I appreciate you for that.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from this company. I went through my home warranty provider and in turn they assigned Snow Frosty to my case. I was given a time of 8-12 pm on 4/20. On the day of my appointment, after no one showed up, I contacted the A/C company at which time they told me that my warranty company double booked them.
They said they would still send someone in the next couple of hours. I then received a call at 3:41 pm stating they could not make it and to call them back to reschedule. I called them back a few days later and scheduled an appointment for Sunday 4/29 between 8-10. Again, I waited and no one showed up. I called again and was told that they do not have an appointment.
He told me they never have maintenance appointments on Sundays. He said they would come on Monday, at 8-10. On Monday, again I waited the entire appointment time and no one came. I called again. This time I was told the tech was stuck at the previous job and would be here in an hour or two. Still no one called or came by, so I called again at 1:24 pm.
This time the tech is on his way and should be here in approximately 40 minutes. Over and hour later and he finally shows up. He got to work right away and was very courteous. Each time I called the snarky attitude of the person answering the phone was unapologetic and blamed everyone else. It would have been nice to have received a proactive phone call when the appointment time would be missed. I will never do business with this company again.
