Awesome experience! If I could give more than five stars I would. We had an electrical outage and our main panel was fried. Within 24 hours in contacting Austin Electrical Services we were able to have the panel switched out. Justin Donathan- was on top of the whole situation and his colleague Steve did an excellent job in completing the electrical work. Can't say enough good things about this company except for I would highly recommend them and hope to use them again as needed.

I have no idea about the quality of their work but, the electrician driving truck 246 is easy on the eyes. I'm sure I can find a wire loose somewhere in the house.

I had a complicated electrical problem so I called Pulte Builder's service center. They contacted Austin Electric Services to resolve the electrical outage with the outage of our kitchen lights. Austin electric sent an electrician Thursday, January 7th. Mike Weinzierl, electrician, called ahead of time, showed up right away, wore a mask, and kept appropriate social distancing. Mike was courteous, professional, and extremely competent.

It certainly was valuable having Mike who was very aware of Pulte's homes, their wiring and installation. I explained that the kitchen lights, pantry light, under cabinet lights, and den lights were not working. Mike first trouble shot my electrical panel outside the house. He then checked all the appropriate problem switches. Finally when checking the three switches in the den, he discovered a "short" from a live wire loose in the electrical box. Repaired and tightened the electrical connection. All the lights worked. I highly recommend Austin Electrical Services and especially their electrician Mike Weinzierl.

My employer and thus far I have to admit that they have their bases covered. I love my job!

Great company to work for I love my job as a concrete finisher. Great wages don't believe other reviews about bad wages. As long as you are a dedicated worker come to WORK EVERYDAY don't miss and don't do no call no shows, You will love it as well. Hugo in hiring And Supervisor Jay they are great guys to work for and will work with you for anything you need great insurance coverage, sick day and holiday pay. All around great company everyday I wake up and I'm excited to work for Austin Companies.

I was on my way to work, saw this work truck window smashed in and being robbed. I waited 1.5 hours for a cop or owner to show. I saved all the tools from being stole. One would think they would have sent a thank u card. Not one word from them

I lost power to several of my outlets in my garage and bedrooms. Your man, Jose Lopez, showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem very soon after for half the price I thought I'd pay. Living in Maricopa, we don't have a lot of services to choose from, so it was unexpected to have such professional and prompt response.

I ordered a light fixture through your company that I couldn't locate from any local lighting stores. Robin in customer service and Rickey in purchasing were helpful and professional in assisting me in finding and ordering the light. Customer service is not helpful. Don't use this company. I have wrong cable installed by this company in my home and now they don't want to take any responsibility. Awful people. Pulte home uses this company. Beware of scams.!

When I called Austin Electric about upgrading the lighting in my house and yard, I was very pleased and surprised on how quick I received a follow up call to schedule an appointment. Rodolfo was very friendly and knowledgeable and made several suggestions that saved me money! The work was done in less time then I expected and our home was left as clean as it was before they started.
