Most business owners (or those running a business) would agree that having a lower monthly utility bill is a nice idea, but there needs to be a feasible starting point. Did you know that on average, lighting accounts for 30% of a commercial utility bill? Upgrading your facility to energy efficient lighting is one of the simplest ways to reduce your energy usage anywhere from 30%-80%.

We've used ATS on 2 occasions now and will continue to moving forward for any and all electric needs. 10/10 recommended. In both scenarios we called and they arrived within 24 hours. Not only that, but they were able to recall what happened the last time, and foresee the solution (Eliminating the amount of trips to the store and time spent without electricity). Timelines, professional, excellent work, over the top customer service. Thank you!

Working with Nick really put me at ease about my electrical issues. I noticed that my breakers were making a crackling sound. Nick was not dismissive and addressed my concerns. He is solution oriented. He is clean, on time, professional and observed the CDC guidelines. I appreciate the steps he took. I would work with ATS Electric Inc. Nick and Selina make a great team. Thank you!

Wonderful experience. electrician was here within an hour and diligently searched out the problem. A light fixture in a storage room had a wire come loose after I put a smart bulb in. Knocked out a circuit and the very polite, enjoyable electrician even went into my attic with outside temp 111 degrees. He was excellent and I appreciated his sticking with it until the problem was fixed.

Horrible experience. Bought 2hr deal through Angie's list. They called and set up an appointment. I changed my work schedule to be sure I was home at the scheduled time. They never called as promised so I called them. The electrician called back, said he was delayed but was close by and would be at my house soon. Never heard from him and he never showed up. Next day the office called to reschedule. I requested a supervisor call me and am still waiting. Just want my money back. Not reliable or honest!

Where to begin. My HOA required a light to be installed in our common area. After calling a few electricians for quotes, we decided that ATS was the way to go -- their office was close, they promptly replied to our inquiry, and their price quote was by far the cheapest. Then began a nearly one-year process during which we witnessed ATS's horrible project management and undelivered promises get in the way of finally delivering what was initially ordered.
First they sent out one electrician to dig about 50 feet of trenches within a couple of days and install the equipment. Fail. Apparently, ATS didn't get the memo regarding our notoriously hard earth here in Phoenix. Then there was a permit issue. Our bad (apparently the builder didn't close out a necessary structural permit). We asked if they would handle this for us and add it to the total.
They declined, so we promptly but begrudgingly did it ourselves. Fail. Then, there were several months of poor planning and miscommunication regarding how/where to install a meter box. This was for ATS to handle with SRP. After watching yet another electrician digging the wrong hole, I suggested that he stop and insist that they have SRP come out again (free service, I believe).
As I suspected, they were wrong again, no fault of the electrician's. But ATS? Fail. Then, when we thought we were finished with everything, that pesky permit came up again. We produced documentation that it had long since been handled (as in 6 months prior). Fail. And then. finally. there is light (as well as a poor job of running the conduit and failure to follow our instructions regarding placement of locks to prevent vandalism).
We are so happy that the job is done now, but so unhappy with ATS. The only consolation, if I were to indulge in such guilty and vengeful thinking, is to know that they probably lost quite a bit of money on this job. But that is their problem. I would have been happier if they charged us more and got it done in 30 days or so, as promised.
