I was having an issue with a new install and the company that did it wasn't really giving me the runaround, but they weren't really fixing the issue either. Time for a 2nd opinion. I called Service First and they sent out Derrico who ID'd the problem in about 10 seconds; the new unit wasn't level and was draining improperly.
