Creepy, shady, guy. He was supposed to fix a sliding door and used a cheap part which broke the second day. I would stay far away from this company or you'll be ripped off too. I think the positive review are all fake!

This place is horrible. Bad customer service. First they said it'll take 3-4 hours to make my key. Then I called back after 7 hours since I didn't get a call back from them. When I called back the person I spoke to told me it'll take a whole day for them to make me a new key, which is fine. But the next morning when I called back they told me they'll get back to me and they never did!

So I had to call them back and that's when they told me they're unable to make my key whatsoever. I have no issue with this but the lack of effort and communication was really what was upsetting. I should've just went with another place. Never again.

Locked my key in my car. Called, they showed up quick, but charged me $120, which seemed very high. Especially since he needed my help to actually get the door opened. When I asked, he told me it was because it was a "night call". Quick to get there, but not a quick job, cost was high, and now my window makes a hissing sound when I drive.

Locked out of the house at almost midnight. Called and he promptly picked up, quoted us 30 minutes. Was there in about 20, super nice guy. Popped the lock in 5 minutes and got us in. Definitely would recommend.

I can't even find the right words to say how thankful and appreciative I am of the kind man Mr. BEN who helped me open home door. I was in 100 degree weather and I thought my door was swollen from the heat.so I called Lee Locksmith mind u I had no money just paid rent. Mr. Ben was kind enough to show me on the phone how to get my doorknob to budge.with no cost.it open! So, a key broke in my front door lock. I called many locksmith's to get quotes. Most were over $120, ($50 service plus $60 or more for the job). Called Benny at Lee's locksmith. He quoted me $75 without seeing the problem. He may have under quoted the job. But he was willing to earn the business. He showed up with a smile and ready to work. Took him about an hour to fix my lock n replace a few parts.

He wouldn't leave until it was perfect. I liked his service and will definitely use him again. The best locksmith in Vegas and I've used 2 so far but spoken to many. Thanks Benny

Great experience. We were locked out of our home. He came very quickly. One lock is very old and I thought it would need to be drilled, but he was patient and was able to to it without drilling. He was quick and we were back in our home in no time. We put him in our favorites for a locksmith.
